Got a call from this unknown number at 8 in the morning!!  I don't answer unknown numbers and no message was left.

IYS a collection agency yu boobs,,,,they answered the tellie,,,i told them too blow me,,,that's right blow me...they got rude.....and replied you owe moneyyyyyy,,again i said blow me ill pau you,,,,they hung up//////////please call back........im here all week.

These telemaggoters will do anything to trick people and I would not put it past them to pretend they are the National Rifle Association.

This is the N.R.A. (National Recovery Agency). They use a phone number spoof machine and the same logo as the known N.R.A. (National Rifle Association). In return they ask for you to become a member or pay a fee to fix anything dealing with firearms, but its actually a scam to get money out of you while making you believe that you are paying for something legit. I have received many calls day and night from them but when I answer, they just hang up.

I found out it was from reading other sites and this one is was The NRA.I have been a member for years but this will now be their second call to me in about a week asking for donations or something.I did not answer the call,but if they call again I will tell them unless they stop calling this will be my last year of being a member.THEY ARE BECOMING TOO GREEDY !!!!!!

This number called me ask for my husband , and when i said he was not here could i take a message , he said there is no message and slammed down the phone on me. When i called the number back it said it was the NRA and sorry they missed my call press 1 if you want more info so i pressed it guess what it disconnects you. This is a scam i believe what was posted that they are just harassing people using the NRA. I am calling The NRA to report this.

I called the NRA and they don't know anything about this group claiming to be NRA. It always says Anonymous on caller ID. No legitimate group is going to use anonymous like that.

Stop calling our number! We pay for an unlisted number and we are on the Do Not Call List. I am reporting every number you use. There is no excuse for this. I am a member of the NRA and I will no longer be after this!

The real NRA=National Rifle Association is the only reason we still have some use of our Second Amendment.  Whoever it is, just block them, and don't answer numbers you don't recognize.  Sad to have to do that, but that's how it is.
Support the National Rifle Association as you would any group trying to preserve any of our "unalienable" rights, and forget the scammers.  We all have bigger fish to fry!

Well said.  Where in the 2nd Amendment does it say "You have the right to shoot the innocent"?

The Government should rule that the 2 nd Amendment only applies to weapons that were available at the time it was made i.e. flintlocks, muskets and cannon. When the Amendment was made no one envisaged the the general public could legally own guns that could punch a hole in a tank, shoot thousands of rounds per second or even bring down aircraft.  That is way beyond the right to bear arms these are weapons of mass extermination. More Americans are killed by Americans each year than die in any International conflict.  By all means keep the the right  to bear arms but only those that were available at the time and ban the rest. See how the bad guys get by using a blunderbuss filled with duck shot.
