This number keeps calling me and found out it is Sirus Radio and I told them that I didn't want their service and now they keep calling me every day. I purchased a vehicle with a free 3 month subscription and now they want me to renew and I don't want that lousy radio service. I like the free radio better plus I have sirus radio on my cable tv.

Calls about once a day and never talks so I don't answer it anymore. I wish there was a way to report these people to the FCC and to get the FCC to act on the report which is virtually impossible

Have not answered.  They are calling several times a day.  Leave no message.

Yep it's Sirius XM Radio

Do not answer-It is connection software autodialing for a debt collector and skip tracking.  I have no unpaid debts so tried to find out what they wanted.  I used to be a collector and this is such a scam. They do not identify themselves within the first minute of the call.

Today I received a missed call from 866-297-6863 at 11:50am PST
They did not leave a message so I checked the number on google then called the number back at 2:32pm PST.
At the automated prompt I pressed 2 and was imedatly transferd to an agent.
This number is for SiriusXM radio I do have an account with them so I asked all the details on why they called. Turns out this was a sales call and they just wanted to sell me more stuff. Agent was rude, a southern teenage girl with an attitude problem that got worse the longer I was on the phone.

*I told her I would call them if I wanted to change my plan please DO NOT call me*
I was added to their do not call list 'then and there' and was informed it takes up to *10 days* for the list to update so I may receive calls within that time.

These people are not anyone to be afraid of, and this number is consistent with their sales calls.
IF you cannot get them to cooperate you can always 1. Change the phone number on your registered account to something bogus(this only works sometimes as usually you'll be 'listed' in their database). Or 2. Contact your Carrier and request they block incoming calls from this number(Carrier permitting).
I recommend only taking action after the 10 day DNC period has lapsed.

Call every day about the same time and it's dead air. From those 2 things I know it's a robo-call. And since it is my cell they are calling, and I haven't given them permission, and I haven't had anything to do with them, and they are not giving me safety or emergency information, this violates FCC rules. So I filed a complaint. On the FCC website, form 1088. See earlier comments for a direct link.

Receive 1 or 2 calls per day from 866-297-6863.  Never leave a message.  Also had a Sirius satellite radio free trial.

Frequent call I do not answer no message left

Sirius XM makes sense. Got "free" 3 month service with my new car. I never listened to it & don't intend to subscribe/pay for it. Thanks to other people who identified this no. so I don't have to worry about it. As others have stated, no message left so I cannot be totally sure.

Not sure about you all but I'm getting these same calls and as mentioned earlier in this thread it's probably related to my trial Sirius that's about to expire.  I found on my Motorola Droid that if I save the number as a contact (I just called in 1Blocked to keep it at the top of my contact list) and then went in to options and checked the box to send this number straight to voicemail without ringing the phone.  Now I never have to get a call from them and if they ever feel like leaving a message maybe then I will return their call!

They called. No name in the caller ID. I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

This is Sirius Radio Marketing trying to sell you a subscription. I recently purchased a vehicle last month which came with a trial membership. The dealership requested all my information to process the subscription. Now they call 3-4 times a day with no message. I called Sirius (this number) and complained and they transferred me to a representative who said it would take 7-10 business days for the calls to stop. Guess we will see......

If this is Sirrius Radio calling for me to resubscribe their timing stinks, I bought a used car three months ago that came with three months of Sirrius, today marks three months since I activated it, now is not the time to call me, now maybe a week ago would have been stellar. Now it will go off and then I have to pay a reactivation fee, I think not. This could work to my advantage I think.

You probably bought a car and your car dealer helpfully started a trial service with XM.

You can get them to stop calling you.

This phone number is Sirius XM Satellite Radio. They wanted me to extend my "free four-month subscription" when I bought a new car to a "paid" subscription. The Sirius XM representative was pleasant and pointed out the advantages of their service. I told him I was not interested, that I listen to my music CDs in the car. After my convincing him that I had no interest in signing for paid service he terminated the call.

You people are idiots.there are exactly two ways to stop getting called. Obviously if you buy something. The only other way is to take the time to answer the phone send request not yo be called. I mean come on. Hanging up and hoping that you'll just be forgotten about? What are you, six years old?

They call every day and they are an absolute pain!
