I am receiving calls on my land line and have not returned any of the calls because my phone is not equipped with long distance.I want the calls to stop. I am unaware of an outstanding debt in my name.

We have NO Debt that Leading Edge should be calling us about and trying to collect.  Just added our number last week to the 'Do Not Call' List and hope they will update their numbers in 30 days.  They call quite a number of times daily, so I just blocked their number on my phone to limit the annoyance.

When you see the number come in pick up the phone and say " Thank God You Called " !" It's Done It's all over , But there's so much blood and i don't know what to do with the body " You have to help me dispose of the body NOW !    They won't call back lol

This number kept calling me, and calling me, and calling me at all hours of the day.  Finally, I called the number back.  I was being called by Leading Edge, a debt collecting agency.  The kicker was, they were looking for somebody named Dolores.  I told the man I spoke to that I was not her and that my number was not hers.  He said he'd remove my number from their call list, but we'll see.

I need to know what do they want?  I do not like to see no caller number.

They call every morning and wake me up.  When I answer there is no one on the line and it hangs up.  Now, I am awake and mad and of course I can't fall back to sleep.  Please someone make it STOP!!!!!  We pay our bills and have excellent credit.  So, WHY?????

I also receive calls from them and I owe money to no one. They call old telephone numbers of creditor and keep harrrasing the new telephone number user even after you tell them they have a
wrong number. So they do call people who have no outstanding debt.

Rings twice, I answer and no one there.

This number keeps calling and no message is ever left, who is it and who and what is the purpose of these calls?

I really don't know who these people are and why they keep calling my phone number.  If they are really debt collectors why don't they send mail with the name & phone number of the company supposedly I owe money for whatever services.  I refuse to answer to robot calls, if it's a leginmate company they should send mail, because I assume they have my address and name.

The law does not require them to mail anything until after first contact. Then it must be postmarked within 5 days of your conversation. It must also tell you what your rights are, which is one of the things they would hate for you to be aware of. I see they are located in Chicago. Nothing prevents you from sending them a debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter by certified, return receipt mail, filing complaints with the FTC, CFPB, and your State Attorney General, or suing them.
