I just got the same call from Tony Price at work! My boss just said that that is the same company who just stole money from her account! Do not talk to these people!

I received a phone call from Toni Price saying the same thing that everyone is stating...."I will be arrested, there's a warrant, blah blah blah" for a payday loan that I took out.
I agreed that I was having trouble paying it back however, they wanted payment by tomorrow, of at least half.  Really?! In this economy...so she claimed she had to contact the court to get an extension, and all of this other crap!
To make a long story short, I agreed to a payment plan, but she couldn't email me the agreement, claiming it's against the law, but she could mail it?! Really?!
Furthermore, I did not like her attitude, and I think I should contact the company directly to make payment arrangments.

Yes this company violates the FDCPA on most calls, not giving the Mini Miranda, saying false or misleading infomation to collect a debt, wrong information about credit reporting, and disclosing 3rd personal information to co-workers and family memebers. If this company is calling you contact me at ryan.pfeffer@fdcpa.co and lets turn the tables on these abusive, harassing and illegal debt collectors.
