    BBB Accreditation
Vehicle Assurance is not BBB Accredited.

Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.

To be accredited by BBB, a business must apply for accreditation and BBB must determine that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.

Same with me. some guy sounds like he has a fake nasal accent. saying its the delaware law office.... and found your post.
supposedly said i have a court summons etc. tomorrow aftn..
yeah, if someone wanted to suit you, they dont care, they will suit you and not summons you legally.
Its been done before.  crooked lawyers make up [***] all the time. sounds like they want some money to scare you in a scam.  santa is out for me!!!
I asked if they had an office in delaware or if it was the attnys name, and they said both.
what a stupid answer-amateurs. and they gave a 4 digit summons -which i know from experience is fake.
    1-866-341-5090 was the scammer

Take a look at what the internet says about these guys.  It's one step above a scam.  Then look at their 325 Park Avenue, St. Louis address on Google Earth.  It's an old run down factory building and most likely a dump.  Speaks volumes about what they're trying to sell you.

I am going to take an educated guess state DMVs sell vehicle owners names to these places, as well as to insurance companies, repair garages, tires stores.  Anything to do anything with  any motor vehicle and we are all sitting ducks for the junk mail and unsolicited (even if you are on the do not call list) phone calls.

Got a letter in the mail today telling me there will be a price increase to their extended vehicle service plan effective 5/23/18. They want me to call immediately. Letter just did not look right so I went online to see what I could find. Glad I did!

So why do you call so many times and dont put people on your do not call list when asked, then you send out letters to panic people. The phone number on the paper I just got doesn't even have my right vehicle on it and your number comes back to a different company

You are a scammer. You harass people even when they tell you to stop calling, you continue to call. You get notices mailed back to you, you keep sending them. So you know exactly what you can do with your notices...

Easy there - no need to get excited.  That was a Shill/Troll from 2009 who left that bait nigh onto 10 years ago.  They may have come back to laugh at how worked up they got people, but it is more likely they dropped that and will never see your post.  Ignore the calls, Block the numbers - and don't feed the trolls, they are not worth the energy.

It is really easy to get the information.  They get it from the Title on the car and when you registered the car to get the license plate to put the vehicle on the road.  The info includes your drivers license number and personal information.  These are all public records available in a searchable format.,
