1-866-353-7145 calls my house with a recorded message to call 1-877-501-9923 so, I called both numbers, it asked for an account #, which I have none. So I pressed 1and the #. it asked for my zip code, and it says it can't find my account information. So why do they keep calling with some recorded message?  Aren't recorded messages and automated computer calls against the "rules"? This is so annoying!!!

They want $100 for traffic violation that I have allegedly received 6 years ago. However, I have never received any red light violations 6 years ago. Even if I did, why they did not contact me at least 5 years ago, why they waited for 6 years?

My husband got the call re an attempt to collect a dept, Im like what dept. Traffic Tickets, we never got one. Im calling back this number and the stupid greeting guy keeps saying hello and someone will be with me shortly, Ive been on the phone for 30 minutes on hold. I want proof cause nothing came in the mail. I am fully aware of scams like this. I heard not to give anyone over the phone your personal info, bank info and ss#. Next thing my bank acct. will be frozen and identity will be stolen along with our money.

Ridiculous.. I finally call back to see why I keep getting calls from this number, and she asks me for my phone number, first and last name, and then mailing address before I stopped her asking WHY are you calling? She tells me "you have an account with us and I have to verify your information" and I tell her I've been a victim of identity theft in the past and need more details before I divulge any info, and she refused to so i hung up. I have no idea why they're calling!

    Collection Agency.
    As with "Hate DC" I got some tickets from DC which I ignored. They were parking tickets. Since I am from Virginia and the tickets were not for moving violations I blew them off.
      DC has been on an aggressive collections activity program lately. Got some stuff in the mail, too. I'm delighted they continue to waste time and money trying to get cash from me.
       BTW, they only boot cars after you get three parking tickets. After you get two, just get a new license plate when it's up for renewal. That's another fun monkey wrench to throw in at them.
       Screw DC and their aggressive ticketing. No statehood for DC and no commuter tax!

Debt collection company that calls for outdated debts...looking to prey of people who at one point in time had issues and are in fear of creating new issues.  Rrefused to release any information as to what account it may be etc.

This number has called me numerous times including this morning at 7am on a Saturday!!!!! Harassment!!!

Basically, parking tickets in DC are 95% scam anyway -- not necessarily of phishing or pharming varieties!

Professional? Not really. These [***] clowns are a collection agency contracted by the DC DMV. Both are full of inept & lazy fools. I received two collection letters & phone calls on my cell for a red light tix that is not mine, for an Infinity that I do not own, in a city I do not live. No tix was ever sent to me, just collection notices, and the non-payment on the tix never received was reported to the three credit bureaus.  Better yet, the citation is from a day I was deployed to Afghanistan! I shared my case with both WTOP radio & WUSA9 in DC, as both have reported on similar stories where the fools at the DC DMV have license plates assigned to people who no longer live in DC (for me it has been ten years). Think about it... they assign plates to people, not cars, thus any given person could move the plate among several different cars, or possibly wear the plate on their ass! This is [***] backwards! Anyway, WTOP helped me to [kind of] fix, as the tix was dismissed. But, the damn plates are still out there - either stolen or improper reissued w/o thorough administrative paperwork. It does not matter as the collection agency still tries to call me. Garbage!  

Bay Area Credit Services when I did a a *69.  Junk debt collector...

They called me several times. I did call back giving them my phone number. They stated the number is not on file and no way did they call. I advised this is on my caller ID they insisted no calls from them. They said they were a collection agency and would know what number they called. I asked how did I get the number then? He could not answer. I blocked them and ended the call

Tired of stupid phone calls from illigitamate hackers.

First off, I was no where near district of Colombia in this date that they said I have a driving violation and I nearly go out of town , I wunder where in the world did they get my plate number and sent me that kind of craziness of a bill.😡😡😡whoever wants to play that kind of dirty prank on me should fine another way because I am way out reach on this one.

A muffled voice message asking for someone who is not at my address!

Garenteed A SCAM!! after reading comments, we here in MI do not do our tickets this way so its bull💩! And robo calls unsolicited to private bell numbers is prohibited by law here as well! So I call bs!

Robocall came from 866-210-2398, and told me that is was "urgent" call 1-866-353-7415. I checked online and found this site. Will not be calling back. Besides, collection agencies are required to use the mails so there is a reportable paper trail.
