Hey Matt....The collection agency is looking for someone else.  If you read these posts before you made such a rude comment, you would know that.

There is a different between saying "they're not here" and "wrong number." I was also responding to the previous post and nowhere does it actually say I tell them it's a wrong number.

Simply telling the collector on the other line you are on the do no call registry does not make the calls stop as some groups/organizations are exempt from it and the average person does not know this.

I got through and talked to a supervisor.  He said he was gonna take care of it and he did for like 2 weeks and now, I got the calls again for the past month.  It's been 2 years calling some Jose Bautista who I don't even know.

This caller is a scam, beware. What they do is find information on car loans and other loans that have been settled via repossession, but then try to coerce the co-signor into paying them a large sum of money saying that when the repossession, etc. took place that they were shorted and you, the co-signor need to make up the deficiency. A common scam now across the debt industry. Do not answer or call back and they will leave you alone.

the number is from an collection agency or department for wachovia dealer services.  they have already repo'd my car.  they want me to pay the difference less the amount they auctioned it for.  i was laid off 6 months ago and have no savings or income to pay them at this time.  the reality is, once i start working again, it won't be my top priority to pay for a car i no longer have.

Hey Martin Commancho - you need to sue the  LLC Collection Agency for putting your business out in the street. Their number is 866-356-7011. They keep callilng my house looking for you and Elizabeth and telling me, a total stranger that their trying to collecting money from you and that you and your ain't payin'  
I'm'a sue 'em for bugging the he&& outta me. I don't know you, don't want to know you ain't never met you. Why the hell they calllin me?!?

Called my cell phone on occasion.
In the middle of MY night, always waking me up from sound sleep.
And requiring at least an hour to get back to sleep!
Not smart enough to leave a message. Don't bother calling, since I can't waste my cell time on
things like that!
