I allowed them to send me a sample, now I get charged for a membership that I did not approve of. I WANT my money back NOW!

I just called my debit card company and I have to close my account to keep these [***] from taking more money.
Wish I could access their accounts and drain them clean.
[***] like this need to be plastered all over the world as scams.
I want ALL of their money!

Can't get a hold of people to cancell order

I was charged the $88.97 too....I am trying to fight it!!!!!!!!!

Got took yesterday morning for $88.97!  I got no phone calls only ordered another product on line Hoodia patches, it was suppose to be a secured connection!  Evidently not! Cancelled my debit card and filed dispute threw my credit union.

I was also charged $88.97 out of my checking account and have never seen any product.  I have also called the phone number and keep getting cut off and I can't speak to a real person.  I am definitely going to the bank!

same thing here.....$88.97 out of my account on 12/1/08, I ordered an Acai berry sample but never got it. My credit union advised me to cancel my debt card and get a new one [which is a pain this close to xmas], and I'm filing a dispute to get my money back.

I ordered a free sample from this Co. pd. $4.99 shipping, they billed by Cr. Card for $88.97  here is the email they sent back to me about the charge --

You received a charge of $88.97 because you did not cancel your account within the allowed 20 day trial period, as stated in our terms and conditions that you are required to read before purchasing.  As stated in the terms and conditions, you have 20 days from your trial order to cancel or you will be shipped (2) more bottles for the price of $88.97.  This is a continuity program for customers who like the product.  Any customer who cancels within that 20 day period is removed from the continuity auto-shipment program and does not receive any further charges or bottles.  Here is a direct link to our order page which contains the terms and conditions on the page above the Order button (http://www.colonmed700.com/order.aspx). Please be advised that your order would not have been processed unless you agreed and accepted the terms and conditions. I have canceled you from any future shipments so you will not incur any further charges from us. But they did not return the $88.97.

If everyone gets the BBB after their ass this scam company will go away.
I told them that I files a report on the with the BBB on the National level and with the office in Colton,CA.
I got an email from them this morning telling me that I can keep the product and they are returning half of my money. True, it is not all of it, yet it is something. I will still close out this debit card and open a new one just to be safe.

Never received anything after the initial kit that was absolute crap. What are they billing me $90 for?  Will post when I find a way to be refunded.  And I will find a way to be refunded.

Here's an interesting turn of events.  I called CPA Fuel, who is listed as one of their affiliates.  I chose option 3 for affiliate support and I got a shawn, who is supposed to be calling me back.  Will post with outcome

I had the same charge $88.97 for Crest teeth whitening gel (sample). The banks said they would dispute it, but it could take up to 45 days and they still may not be able to get the charge reversed.  I called the phone number 866-360-1477 and was on eternal music hold.  Called again and it went to a voice message that said this Verizon Wireless Customer was not available.  I called Verizon and they checked the phone number.  It's a prepaid phone, not traceable . . . so good luck with any fraud investigation.  On my bank statement it said the charge was from Glendale, U.S.  There's probably a Glendale in every state in the U.S.  I'm wondering if the bank can figure out where the charge came from.

This is a total rip off! I sent for a kit for 5 bucks and end up paying 90!

This around Christmas when I am out a job! I am pissed a company can feel good about this scam!

This Sh** is crazy they hit me twice, And you cannot get incontact with anyone. I had to call my bank for them to research and get my money back.First amount was $89.31 and the second was $88.97.

these guys have ripped me off for several months of $88.97 billings. Who do I contact for help? Website not for real and phone never answered.

i was just charged 88.97 from this same company. i called my credit card company today and they said i have to write a complaint and file it that way. who really knows what will happen

they don't answer the hpne. Bank of America says it can do nothing because I gave them the card.  they are unwilling to help.  Shame on the Bank of America.  Obviously on the side of the fraudsters and certainly not on the side of the consumer.
