- alI was also charged $88.97 and filed a fraud complant with chase visa. I sent away for a trial order of colon 700 and they billed me $88.97. No one answers the phone when you dial the listed number. It is a major rip-off outfit and needs to be shut down.
- Belindacall this number during business hours and they never answer been trying to cancel like they said. They have already sent me some more pills and i sent them back, but they are trying to charge my account.
- KimYes, the same thing happened to me. If I hadn't read these comments, I probably wouldn't have even checked my account. I have called my bank and filed a greivance, and also am having a new account number done. The numbers I have tried to call are non-working. This is sad, but it's even sadder for those who are unaware and not paying attention to their checking accounts.
good luck everyone. - MelindaI to have fallen into the same situation. This can't continue. I originally sent for the trial from information I got on Rachael Ray's e-mails.
- MelindaI just got off the phone with my bank. I cancelled my current debit card and will be issued a new one. I have exhausted my self in trying to contact this company. Master card will fight the dispute because I did not authorize this charge. If we all complain to our credit/debit card companies, maybe we will beg the help we need to stop this company.
- PamI saw 2 charges on my account of 5.99 each and there was a number associated with the charge 866-360-1477 or also 866-440-7533. both of htose numbers are for the Luminous Brites product. I too ordered the trial. I hope this helps you all!!!!!!!
- StacyI actually think I had success with the 866 number this morning.
After ordering the trial & submitting an email to cancel within the 2 weeks, I too was charge the $88.97.
After MUCH patience sitting on hold, an actual person answered. Although he tried to tell me my zip code didn't exist, he finally came back and said my future shipments were cancelled, and the charge reversed because they billed me too early. I received email confirmation of the refund, but holding my breath still until it actually gets reversed with the bank. - fraud claim with your bank and have theAcai Cleanse300.com

- Connie B.I ordered pomagranate cleanse capsules. I received the item but when I try to cancel out of the program all I hear is music on the phone. I don't want them to change my card $90 for this crap!! Rip-off company!!
- Caller: Pomacaicleanse
- DanaI too have all these issues I did not give up though and I am getting my money back. The billing emial address is support@colonmed700.com. I finally talked to a manager named Sabastian Cutters and I did get am email from the billing dept acknowledging that I will be refunded the 88.97 and the shipping of 4.99. I never received the product either. Ofcourse the charge is still pending and will clear and I have to wait for 5-7 business days to see if they really do give it back.

- AmyOnce again has anyone takin the pills yet they recieved?? Are they safe to take?
- JADSI tried to call to cancel the Teeth Whitening order, no one answers the phone anymore...this seems like a scam!
- TonyHad to email support@colonmed700.com to get a response. Like most of you...was charged $88.97. They told me that they could refund $34.99 and I could keep the bottles they sent. I said I want all the money refunded but I would pay for the shipping of the 2 bottles they sent. They replied with the same response...along the lines of "you should have read the agreement yada yada yada." So I disputed the charge with my bank. Have sent back the 2 unopened bottles via certified mail (still in original packaging). Will give supporting docs (email correspondence and certified mail receipt) to bank. We'll see what happens, I guess.
- MThey too ripped me off. Did not send me the product, and then went and charged my account $88.97. I have filed a fraud complaint with the bank, and closed my account to prevent future charges. So far, I have received 3 emails back from support@genixmarketing.com "claiming" to help me with a refund... however no other substantial information was provided by them.
This company is a total scam. - rippedfftooI had to call & email them for 2 weeks straight, called the better business bureau and filed a complaint (they have an F rating), reported them to my bank and filed a complaint, canceled my credit card, got the general run around from "customer service" (I wouldn't call it that), and finally used my prepaid legal service to get my money back. One of their attorneys wrote a letter on my behalf and 3 days later I was credited the $88.97.
- AmySighhh did anyone recieve the product? and is it safe to use just in case I get lucky and get the product..
- JuneA charge of 88.97 was added to my charge card. One I did not authorize. I am concerned that they will continue to use my credit card for other charges.
- Marie RitzThis is a phony company that double charges people when they order acai burn. Acai burn on costs about $59 from the legitimate company. What they do is take you order and then charge you under their name. Then they forward your order to the real company who charges you again. Call your banks immediately and notify their fraud division of this. Get their fax number and fax them a written letter of fraud complaint to back it up and they will give credit for the charges. Itgs a pain the butt but you should also order new credit cards with different numbers because they will go after your money again.
