I am part of this new scam club!  LOL  My credit union said they have been hearing about this recently too.  However, if they give me my $88.97 and the company sends there T&C's, bonding me to it, then not only will I lose the $88.97 again but I would get an additional $20.00 for the bank fee.

I never got any product, other than the trial and I have not taken it so Amy, I can't tell you if it is ok or not.  I hate to sound like this, but, when I reached them by phone a minute ago, (oh yeah, forgot to tell you guys that.  They said they would cancel, but refunds have to be requested via email at the support@colonmed700.com), they were foreign and that kinda got me thinking too.  What better way to get Americans - attack them through their #1 enemy ~ FAT!  Think about it!

I am willing to go in on the class action suit with the other guy that mentioned it.

I got ripped off also for$88.97.and i call that #866-360-1477 an they told if they dont here from you in 3weeks they take the money an i only been on the pill for 7 days with no results OMG they are ful of [***]. he said there is no other number.ther has to be a way of stoping they im very interreasteding in doing what every it take to get my money back.

I got ripped off by this company.  Was told to use email address support@colonex700.com.  This is no longer working.  When I talked to someone on the phone, they said to email.  I wasn't able to email anybody as there is no such email address.  Norma

This number was given as a number to call to cancel ACAI CLEANSE (COLON 700) ORDERS BUT, when you call it, it says hold while I find your agent, and then a recording comes on telling you the business open times to call back then or go to web site support@colonex700.com and you still have no way to cancel your order. It is a scam I believe!  I am still trying to cancel my order before the 15 days are up and cannot find a way to do so!  I do not want this product nor do I want to be charged 60 to 80 dollars on my credit card.  Never again will I give out my credit card number again!

I called the 1-866-360-1477 number to cancel colon 700 and after 50 plus attempts finally spoke to a person.  Was instructed to email support@colonaid700 and request cancellation and a RMA number to reverse charges. hope this helps

I have had the same type of problem. I purchased a trial for 4.95. Before I knew it, I got 2 more bottles of ColonAid700 and got hit for 88.97 on my credit card. This is a deceptive advertising ploy in my opinion. If you are smart, you will not get involved with this company. They will not refund your money. They could not care less about your complaint. STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE!!

When you call to complain, they tell you need to deal with the so called billing department. Who you get is a guy at genixmarketing.com (support1@genixmarketing.com) who is an expert at refusing to give you a refund. If you go to thier ad on the internet - it states We have a 15 day satisfaction quarantee return policy on all shipments. Notice it says all shipments not just the trial. Lots of luck trying to get this guy to authorize it. This is not the only product or company he works for.

I can't even get them to STOP. How do you stop them from shipping me stuff that I did not order? I can't seem to find them on the internet. Anyone know??

Charged my account did not order the product

I orderd the sampel for 5.99. Inever got the sampel but a month later i got two bottles in mail. Iwas charged on my creit card $88.97. And thats as far as i got just like everyone else,

1st call, I was asked name-zip code-phn #...They could not find my acct and they hung up. I don't quit...2nd call, "I want to cancel my accnt", whats your zip code? i abliged, he then told me my complete address and name and that my acct would be cancelled. In addition I would recieve a cancellation e-mail - we'll see!

I too have been scammed by this company! I was online looking at colon med 700.  I ordered their free trail and received it. But than on my bank statement I was charged the 4.99 shipping fee for poma acai cleanse and later was charged 88.97, which cleared my bank , however, I have NEVER received the trial supply OR the 88.97 supply of pomacaicleanse! These charges were from pomacaicleanse. So I have no product, no receipt, only phone number that no one answers. I am  glad to have found this complaint board so I at least have something to go on. I will call my bank today and pray that they can do something to help get my money refunded. I hope these guys pay for what they've done to so many people.

There is only one way to stop all these scams 'Don't buy any thing from the
internet again, never, never, never I won't if I can't get it at the store
or the health food store I don't need it from the net......

I actually received a credit back to my account. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Saved documents and showed that I tried to work with the company for a refund. Ended up sending the product back certified mail and sent a copy of the receipt to the credit card company. All took care of within 2 weeks. Whew. Buyer beware!  - first post was on page 3 for those interested.

The company I called also at 866-440-7533 was on my cc statement at Pomacaiclense for 88.97- this is also known as colon med 700.  I was able to speak with someone- we'll see if it gets cancelled.  Crazy- I had no idea this could happen.

I found a charge on my charge card of $88.97 which I did not make.  The phone number was 866-360-1477.  Trying to get charge removed.

person who answers phone sends customer to another phone number to return a product. Number goes to FreeCellSearch and RipOff.
