    I tried the same product for the cost of shipping did not like it. Next thing I know I also see a $88.97 charge on my account and they sent me more product. Did not request this called the number today said they would cancel future delivery and if I send product back, will be reimbursed. I hope this is true. This is a scam!!!!

    Looks like a scam for several products, my account was charged for the $88.97 for colon cleanse. My credit card that I used was compromised, so I was issued another and that will as lease stop any further charges.  I will now try to get my money back...maybe they won't like getting letters from the police credit union investigating the charge...

    I too like the rest have been fraudulently scammed. I emailed my bank and asked for them to put a stop payment on any charge from this company and they said they could not, what BS! Now I too have to cancel my debit card if I want the charges to stop and get a new debit card reissued. I'm all for the class action on this. As well as filing a Federal Trade Commission complaint. I've read on another site the person associated with POMACIACLEANSE billings on my account for 88.97 are a creep named Karlo Nazarian and his DBA company is Kinetka Laba. thanks to all that posted. This is my first exepience with this stuff and it was helpful to read that others have faced the same difficulities I have. I appreciate all the info.

    IvorySmiles.com is a scam to get your credit card #! Same thing happened to me.  Tracked this # (1-866-360-1477) and before IvorySmiles.com was at this address it was a phone company (same people, dif scam?) and the ph# for it is now disconnected. My unordered item was thrown into an envelop and was not even complete...nothing like the pic.  They never called me. Showed up as GENIDIET on my card charges, even though it's for tooth whitener.  
    Did get in touch w/customer support, but like a robot, all they would say was 'you need an RMA#' (return merchandise authorization) over and over again and, of course, that can only be done w/an email.  But...they refuse to give an RMA#, even though they state they have a money-back guarantee.  It goes around and around.  NO CONSCIENCE HERE.  Be careful!!!! These are bad people.

    I ordered a sample from 'Slim Quick' for $5.99.  I was billed $5.99 on 12/29 (now over a month ago) and then they billed me another $88.97 on 1/19 and I haven't even received the sample yet.  When I call the number they tell me to go to the website where I placed the order. I have no idea where that is, but I'm going to call my credit card company and contest the charges.  I'll just not pay them.  Ticks me off though, but I'm glad I check my bill before I pay it!

    Guess it was my turn to get burned .... I just got nailed for the $90 .... and received the package in the mail yesterday ... sent an email to the address support@colonmed700.com requesting an RMA # and a return address ....

    guess we will see how long it takes to respond ....

    Same here.  I was charged and didn't even get the stupid kit! I've had charges reversed twice, they keep recharging me. I just called - he told me he was sorry but unable to assist me...becaue I dealt with my bank and not them! I just hung up with Capital One and I am filing yet another claim against them.     I called 1-866-360-1477 and got through.  I told the guy I talked to that I wanted to cancle my order.  He got really hateful and told that I wouldn't be getting anymore because my credit card was declined and I wouldn't be billed  any more except the 5.00 and 1.00 that they already charged to my account.  This is the one time I am glad my credit card was maxed out.  Who Knowes what they would have charged to my credit card.

    I sent for a free sample with SlimEasy for their shake and it took about 2 and half weks for me to get that sample and 4 days after I received it they charged my account on the amount of $88.97 and the have said the I have 20 days to thy their product before acepting memebership with them. I contacted the company the same day that I saw the charge in my account and they told me at the customer service line that I needed to send an e-mail to get an "RMA number" to return merchandise and so i did.  I received an e-mail back saying that I am only getting a refund for $34.95 since "I did not cancel within the 20 days of trial period" and I told them that I had just received their sample a few days ago how can that be possible.  Today I logged back into my account and that have charged my account agaqin for $79.95.  I haqd to contact my bank and cancel my card so they will not be future charges on my account.  The manner they operate to do business is really pathetic.  It makes me sick.

    Yeah I've been calling since Dec. 2008. All they do is tell you the system has been down if you don't receive your order by friday call back. Once you say I don't want the order they tell you to email support@colon.com which doesn't do s#!t

    I have been charged $ 89.97 for the second time after they took it off my account . They sent me pills and I sent them back and now they want to charge me again. It must be nice to make money for pills they have recieved back. I cancelled in December four days of pills left so It was before the 2 weeks in time to cancell. What the hell is there problem. Pomacaicleanse can keep there product the are a bunch of crooks.I want my money back.

    The same tihing happened to me. Got shipments I didn't want sent them back was still billed Canceled my credit card number. Called a an att. at law. And the att. General in my stste. Trying to get a class action aginst them.Or I'am taking it to small claims court. Eather way it will cost them money

    I have tried to get a refund but have not been successful. This was a scam that I fell for.

    I also have been ripped off by this company!  I tried to cancel during the 15 day trial period but never received any response to my emails.  Then when I received the next shipment & was charged the $88.97 I tried to receive the authorization # to send the ColonMed 700 back but still no response to my emails!  So I typed a letter explaining that because they never would send my the # I was returning their prodcut anyways.  Went to my bank & filed unauthorized charge to my debit card.  So visa gave me the credit until PomaiCleanse told them I didn't not cancel my memebership & did not get the return authorization.  Tell me how are you suppose to do this when they won't give you the information!  So visa took back my $88.97!  This is ridiculous!  I will be filing a complaint with Federal Trade Comission and anyone else I can find to complain too!

    These people are scam and con artist. They also charged me $88.97 when I had already canceled this and they still charged me..Gonna try to get my money back...
