It's a company called AllianceOne. They're debt collectors.

Have no idea who these people are

Calls both out phones and never leave a message. Caller Id only list as United States.

thats not violating any law, a collection company can call any business unless asked not

They keep calling at my work number.  Told them whoever they are calling for doesnt work here.  They still keep calling.  They call several times aday.

Actually it is against the law for a collector to call someone's place of work.

I'm not sure I believe it's a collection agency. I've never called them back but with the comments on here about them not saying who they are and demanding numbers, it sounds like a scam to me. I used to work in a tax office and the amount of calls we got about them it gets pretty obvious.
This number calls me 2-3 times a day, I never answer, they've never left a message, but half the time the phone only rings twice and then they hang up, that's really not even enough time to answer it if I wanted too. Doesn't seem very legit to me.

Got a call , he said his name was Peterson, they called for my daughter, the Company is ALLIANCE ONE, ehen I called back to get company name the girl said something about monitoring credit.
