same thing here, going on for months, started every other day then once a week now down to an occassional call. What's suprising is they call my cell phone, and only those who needed that number have that number, but my land line home phone has never been called.
Need to find out where they live.

Constant automated calls from "Clint Moranda" at NCO about "a debt", no other info as to who they are trying to contact,....the constant harrassing autoimated calls are really pissing me off!

I have recieved the 85th call from this number to our pre-paid cell phone.   We stopped erasing the voicemails they leave because it cost us minutes to listen to delete.  There are now 11 voicemails on our phone.  I just called the number and talked with Sachrn.  He tells me that our number will be removed.  We was told this 5 months ago and it hasn't happened.  I have reinsured him that if this call comes again I will be filing a lawsuit for harrasment.  If others would like to go in a file a class action then I think we could win.

just call them back, i didnt give them any info about me,  they say they will take out my number, hope it works

It's the same story here. I have two ways to deal with them. First I call them back and and ask them to hold the line for a minute, put the phone down and return when the phone starts to beep, siginaling that they gave up.(This works REAL well for telemarketers, too!) If this doesn't work I program my computer "dial up" to dial their number every 60 seconds. If they can use audomation so can I.

I receive calls at my work number. Damn SOBs!!

I've been dealing with this for 3 years, it will stop for a month or so, and then restart with a vengence for another few months - this phone number has been mine for 5 years and I'm not the person they are looking for.  Other debt collector scumbags also have this number and so it just cycles around and around.  I've call some of them and they promise to take it off the list, but now I don't bother.  Only option is to get a new number and hope that is not on someone's list.  Enforcement of the Do Not Call is a joke.

just like you all I keep getting a call from Clint Baby, I just keep hanging up. This has been going on for about 2 months now. I am short of getting a dog toy & taking out the part that squeaks, Call them back and blow REAL HARD.
Do you think they may get the message? Just plain fed up and aggravated.

They leave threatening voice messages on my answering machine, and don't have the balls to list their company's name on my Caller ID. F**k 'em.

This number has been hitting my caller i.d. a lot.  I never answer it because I didn't know who it was.  Now I know it is a low life bottom debt collector trying to extort money from me.  This has happened to me with another debt agency called RJM Aqusitions.  They lie and they cheat and give you a bad credit name.  Now, we lost out on a small loan because of 2 of these bottom feeders and we have to file a dispute with the credit bureau to clean up my credit score.  Regardless to say..don't give in and pay a debt that you didn't make.

I bought ( by Internet) a Key chain Camera From Sears, paid with my credit card. I got a notice that the Camera was sold out would be mailed soon.
three months later the Camera arrived, it was pure junk, I sent it back and asked for a refund  As I remember $39.95. They credited my credit Card for the amount of the purchase, However they had started sending late notices and adding interest on the purchase. The payment was not due to be charged until they shipped the purchase. This 866 372 8497 # is trying to collect the illegal interest that is now probably over $300.00. The Account has been sold to a few collectors now this 866 372 8497 don't have any idea what they are trying to collect for.  I flat refuse to pay, and I don't answer the phone for these Arrogant B*&%#'S

This is a jerkwater collection company that doesn't have a clue who the hell they are calling.  They call everyday and I just hang up on them.

I had MCI LONG ago and I am 100% sure I had NO outstanding Bill ! They say i owe $ 52, and calling on a SUNDAY ! I told them Yes I am *2662622* but I do NOT owe any Money nor will I pay YOU any Money till I see a PAPER BILL. Still waiting...
