This is a collection agency for Sprint, but it sounds like their database is a bit screwed up. They added me to their queue only to call and confirm that I had no balance with Sprint and told me I could disregard the call.

Got a call today, 9/9/14, from 866-377-3956, came up toll free service. I didn't answer. Left a voicemail message so I listened to it. Someone left me a 2 minute message of heavy breathing and shuffling papers. I called the number back and they answered ACSI. I asked WHY I got a "breathing message" and they asked for BLAH BLAH....WRONG NUMBER. Told her we have had this number for 2 years and don't know this person. They said they would remove number! Again today, 9/9/14, phone rings from 702-932-3860 at 4:57 p.m. Caller I.D. says "ALLIEDCOLLECTION". I answered on the 2nd ring, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and said "I KNOW you aren't calling after I told you today you have the wrong number, SHE HUNG UP ON ME". I called back again and said "I WANT YOU TO STOP CALLING, YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER". HUNG UP ON ME. I called again and got a man. I was getting mad and said "IF YOU DON'T STOP CALLING ME, I AM CALLING THE POLICE". He said "the number has been taken out". When I said I was told that 3 hours ago, HE HUNG UP ON ME. I emailed them on their website. I am going to fax them tomorrrow and send them a certified letter to tell them to stop. I am also reporting it on do not call.gov although it probably won't matter. If they call me again, I am calling the Police and contacting an attorney on the grounds of harassment.

Its happening to me now.  Claims it is for xollections.

This number calls. Never answers. Clicking like when it goes overseas. Never leaves message when it goes to voice mail. I figure it is some kind of scam.

Calling more than once a day is a violation of the FDCPA. File a claim with FTC. They can take care of it, if enough people complain.

866-377-3956 is a scam. They "stole" an expired number from a legitimate business. The same way crooks "steal" a recently deceased person's identity. Use your phone's "auto reject" feature (all cell phones have one, usually under their "phone" or "dialer" application) to  BLOCK them. I receive 5-10 calls a day from this number .  They do not say anything when I answer the phone and never leave a message .  This has been going on for two months .  They call all hours of the day and weekends .  I have tried to block the number but can't .

Received a hang-up call from 702-932-3860 then a few hours later a call from 866-377-3956 stating that I owe $720+ on an old Sprint bill.  I told the rude chick to blow me and hung up.

WOW! I just started receiving calls from this number, however if its related to my final bill with SPRINT I'm waiting on payment from my current phone carrier to resolve this issue!!!  These folks call all hours of the day! Its against the law to call harrassing someone on Saturday morning @ 7:30 am are you kidding me?? Ironically its difficult to BLOCK this number, called my current phone carrier they were unable to BLOCK 866-377-3956 for me!! I'm PISSED!!

Caller says they are from ACSI debt collector and that we have a $900 balance from Sprint. Never owned or had a Sprint phone. She hung up on me.

They have been blowing my landline up and I finally answered and it was Sprint asking to speak with me. I changed my voice as if I was Chinese and said... Wong numba! And hung up. I didn't pay my bill last month because the service sucks raw eggs and ass! I cant even pick up service inside of my house. Hope I don't get in trouble for that lol

THIS PERSON CALLS ME 3 TIMES A DAY! it needs to stop! I don't want to answer them! Please do not answer this number!

Just block the number if you have an Iphone

The caller ID for this number comes up as a Locksmith in FL. I know its a collection agency, and I don't appreciate the smoke and mirrors act on identifying themselves. They never leave a message and call whenever they feel like it.

866-377-3956  This number has been calling mine and my daughter's cell phones for the past two months.  I finally answered the phone and she said she was calling from Allied and that I owed Sprint and they put my account in collections.  I did have Sprint and do owe them, but have been paying $10 a month, and have not received anything in the mail saying I am in collections.  She was trying to get me to set up payment arrangements and I refused.  I told her I paid Sprint directly and just paid them on 9/11/15.  She said she was looking on the Sprint side to see what amount I had paid  was and then hung on me, so what does that tell you?  It's obviously a scam!

They call 2times a day first call is usually early in the morning. Very annoying.

I see all these comments about this number being a collection call for Sprint. Funny thing is I've never had Sprint ever in my life. Their calling my AT&T cell phone number that I've had for 20+ years. Plus I don't owe anyone any money on anything. Guess they must be calling a wrong number(my number), but their number 18663773956 is blocked from my phone and voice mail via Extreme Call Blocker from the Google Play Store. If you have an Android cell phone get it and shut down [***] callers like this for good! If you're not in my contacts list you can't call me or leave a voice mail. My Blocker Log is full of this number(200+ calls) and I didn't know they were calling me till I just happen to look in the Blocker Log today. You'd think after being hung up on hundreds of times they'd figure out they'll never get my phone number to answer a call, talk about stupid!
