We bought a car that came with 3 months of XM - we had no choice.  The three months are up and we've NEVER used it. Now they've been calling several times a day but not leaving a message.  If I had wanted it I would have paid for it.  I don't want it.

Just cancelled two weeks ago and I get a call about every other day from them.

got a call from this number for the last 3 days i havent answered but i cancel xm a month ago after i read all this post im sure its them... im just glad i install an app in my android blocking all suspected spam calls so now who cares they can keep calling my phone and the app will keep blocking them =) by the way the app its call Mr. Number just in case you need it!!!

I called the 888-635-5142 number which was just a recording.  I spoke over the recording and said "representative".  I was forwarded to a 'real' person of whom I asked for contact information for the CEO, Mel Karmazin to complain about these calls.   She was very apologetic, but could not give me a number to reach him, just an address.  

She did offer to add my number to Sirius XM Radio's own DO NOT CALL list.  She took my number and address info to add to their list.  She said it would take 7-10 days for my info to be removed from their call list.  We'll see if that happens...

Phone call comes in every day. Nobody on the other end. Cancelled XM 4 months ago because of FREE iphone internet radio.

Recently cancelled XM service, now i get a few calls a week from this number. They never leave a message though

I get at least two calls per day from this number.
Recently I cancelled my XM radio so it makes sense that it is them doing the calling.
I would think they would just give up, it has been a month now, that's at least 60 calls.
Glad for caller ID so when I see this number I can ignore it.
Thanks to this website I now have a clue to the abuser.
I'm thinking soon XM will begin paying people too subscribe.

I recently CX XM Radio, also.  I hate dealing with them.  They are very aggressive and have given me a very hard time pulling their leeching fangs out of my skin.  They called me late in the evening.  I hate this type of invasive aggression in the name of "sales."

XM Radio, I have already cancelled my service with them, and they keep[ calling. So damn annoying.

Same.  Cancelled Sirius/XM last week.  Received call from this number today.

They call my work phone every evening at least 3 to 4 times and the latest call that appears is around 9:45pm.  Apparently they think this is my home phone (glad for that).  But I can imagine if they are calling my work phone at such a late hour they must really be disrespecting other people at home at that hour.

Too far.  Maybe we should post the numbers of the Chief Executive Officer, President of Operations and Sales, and President of Entertainment and Sports.  See if they can appreciate a million calls just because.

I also cancelled my XM radio and have be getting calls from 866-409-4196 all hang ups at different times of the day.

Boy, I hope this doesn't last like some of you people are talking about! I'll do the add me to your do not call list next time they call. I hope it works!

What I can't understand is how companies that do this kind of "marketing" can not see how destructful it is to their reputation.

I am tired of the high pressure sales from XM Radio.  On Jan  15, 2013 I talked with Customer Service and advised them I would not be renewing the service.  They advised me that the call was being recorded and that my service would be discontinued.  I was thrilled.  However, that was before they started calling 2 or three times a day.  I tried going without answering to see if they would give up, but it is now 4/8/13 and they are still harassing me.  Today I answered and unloaded on the sales rep.  I told him to check the company tapes and to stop harassing me.  We will see if they get the message.  Guess I may have to contact the FCC to get them to leave me alone.

I concur, xm radio!  I told them that I'd only re-join if they gave it to me for free b/c I don't have any $ for xm anymore. That decreased the calling, but they seem to still call me every 3 months, perhaps to see if I won the lottery or something. :(
