Synchrony Bank uses those numbers for Walmart credit card debt collection.

+18664199370 is Synchrony Bank which has bought up just about every retail credit card you can think of. Their terms are so awful that I finally gave up trying to keep up with the Amazon, CareCredit, Walmart, Meineke and other Synchrony cards that don't permit you any flexibility. I get about 30 robocalls a day from Synchrony every single day including holidays  between 8 am and 9 pm. Out of all the numbers they use, this is the one number my call blocking software can't prevent from getting in my voicemail. They must be spoofing their Caller ID because nothing works on this number. Synchrony Bank is evil.

Keep getting calls from 8664199370 saying to call them. They say that they are synchrony bank. Called them and they wanted to sell us something. Hung up on them

This  number called me and said my credit card was due in full  . This is NOT my company, it's a scam.

For those who have a Care Credit card, Synchrony bank is the 3rd party who handles the payments.

This a SCAM people!  I've gotten calls the last two days. Both are recordings to call this number.  No mention as to what credit card they issued.  I have a couple cards issued by Synchrony Bank. If you call the number back you will get an automated make a payment option.  Put in a fictitious last four digits of a card number they ask for and it will come back asking for your full social security number to look up your account.  This is not how a pay by phone system for any credit card or bank works.  They are looking to steal your SS Number!  Most likely after you put in a SS Number it will tell you what payment is due and what a bank routing and account number to make the payment. Boom you just gave someone everything they need to drain your bank account.
When in doubt about any phone calls regarding collecting money for a credit card call the banks number on your bill or on the back of your credit card.  Now days you need to be cautious and on your toes about any phone calls or notices from anyone trying to collect money from you.  Let's face it you should know who you owe money to

Calls from a acam reporting to be Synchrony Bank. I called them directly. I do have Care credit with them. BUT IT IS NOT THEM. Said they have not called me. Rep. Said he put a note on my account. When I asked if he could send it up the food xhain he said accounts are reviewed by Managers. He put note on my account. I let him know I'm not the only one getting these calls. DO NOT Call this # back

Calls started 8/4/2018 Call back they want ss# it doesn't work,so the want a account # but don't tell what it is about.
Account for who? I don't have a card with this bank. and I don't make late payments!

They constantly call the home phone and instantly hang up!

This number was on my cell today at 9"07am,,, I did call this number back on my land line phone, First thing they wanted from me was my account number or social security number. Finally, a LIVE person came on and told me this will be recorded. She just wanted my account number & social security number. No thanks!!

Citco Banks? You have to be kidding me,,, Wanting my account number or social security number. I guess it starts all over again. One day off from this bull and here we go again. Which bank did they mean and what state?

Don't fall for it!  Any one who can't speak good English is a damn give away, too NOT tell them any thing.
10 out of 10 times, if you can't understand them, HANG UP!

SCAM!  I wonder if Synchony  bank even knows, that a scam company is using there name?

This is connected to my husband's credit he received from Fred Meyers. The recording is crazy , just keep asking for "help" and eventually you get a human. I told them they needed to tell me who they wanted to talk to because they called me. It is legit, but it's annoying.

Think this is a scam! Bad connection and same guy answered after two phone calls.
