Female caller leaves message starting with the phone number asking tobe called back as soon as possible.  Leaves no information and no identification.

Got this call today too... Havent called back yet. Not sure what whats it about... Anyone know??

Debt Collection agency

1-3 calls a day, sometimes 9 pm, sometimes a faulty recording, sometimes older female recording saying to press 1...we don't owe anybody anything and do not wish to buy, sell, contribute or to be bothered.

I have a call of this number each day around noon. recorded message: a woman voice asked me to call her back with no more information. I called back, it's a collections agency, I found its address on FasTrak website (http://www.bayareafastrak.org/static/about/faq_vio.shtml#5):

I didn't do anything and wait. I've been transferred to their Customer Service and... nothing, no one.
I finally blocked this number.

... I must say that I don't owe any money to Fas Trak and I did not have committed any kind of violation :-)
