Receiving constant phone calls from this number.  It is annoying and I wish the would stop calling.

This is the first time I've ever gotten this number to call my phone...its just kind of odd because I just got this phone number 2 days ago.  They've called me twice now and left an automated voicemail in the last 2 hours.  They keep talking about some kind of debt notice.  I won't answer the phone for a number I don't know, I learned that the hard way last year when an odd number called my phone and some how scammed me out of a whole bunch of money.

Call them back and say politely, "I live in a one party notification state and you are hereby notified that I am recording the conversation for the express purpose of filing a harassment complaint with the FCC and the local police. Please do not call XXXXXXXXXX again or it will be further proof of your continuing  harassment. I'm requesting that xxxxxxxxxx be deleted from your databases immediately. Have a nice day and please replay the tape recording you stated at the outset of the conversation that is being kept for quality assurance purposes in order to protect your legal rights, as this is what I'm doing at this time. Today's date and time is xxxxxxxx. Goodbye"

Do not hestitate, listen to them, negotiate or answer any questions. Read it to them until they hang up.

this number constantly calls, sometimes 2 or 3 times daily.  I have repeatedly reported them
but nobody does anything.

I also get endless calls from this number and I don't owe anything to anyone.

I don't know this number or what company they are calling from.  No message was left to indicate the company's name.

They call at 11pm leaving a message to call them at the number. Calling my wifes cell phone at that late hour is bull. I con't care if it is a collection agency or what. STOP IT NOW.

This number has called and left an automated voicemail several times.  I finally returned the call today and talked to an operator who said they were looking for Christopher Johnson.  I told her that there was no one by that name in my household.  She apologized and said she would remove my number.  She was polite and easy to speak with.  We'll see if they call again...

Since I have a new home phone number these people call me daily, never leave a message! The caller ID showes ASSET CARE INC. What can I do to make them STOP???
