Call me 3-5 times a week I never answer and they never leave a voicemail or anything until tonight at 816pm I just declined the call and there was a vm of just girls giggling.

Just got called and a woman asked if it was me as she was obviously holding back laughter and when I said yes she hung up.

Daily calls from this number after years of telling them I do not want their life insurance. Why is TD showing as 'Unknown"????  This time, I called back. I was told to press 1 for some program 'I may be interested in' and 6 to tell them to f**k off. I pressed 6 and begged them to stop calling my number. I'll add to this in a few days if they don't call back.

I emailed TD Canada Trust about 866-431-0660. I asked if it was a legit TD number and told them it harasses me daily, as well as what happens when I either answer or call it back. I told them if it's an internal number to remove me from the calling list. They responded that they did remove me (the updated marketing preferences' referred to below). I haven't had a call in one week. :) Just FYI, if you check out the website they refer to here, it's not a reputable site according to WOT.  My Avast has no opinion on the site.

Stop calling please .

They call today Td Bank for Insurance to buy.

Was really cheap ,and cover up to $50.000,00 for only $15.00 a month

Wow I`m paying for some other place for $65.00 a month

Goying to change with  TD

I get a call from this number almost daily, that is until I installed a call blocking app for my Android phone. Installed software (Free), told it the phone to block, phone never rings again when they call. :)

I receive calls from the number everyday at the same time 4:50PM, there was one day I received one at 9PM, I do not deal with TD and have never answered the calls, never received a vm, just the everyday calls that are really annoying

You're wrong. They are calling from TD Canada Trust.  If you don't have an account with TD you don't get calls from them. Oh and it's not from a cell phone!  lol

This number calls my cell# twice a day, every day and it is getting very annoying.  I do not answer calls from any number that starts with an 8 or 9.  I have voice mail and believe that if it's an important call then they will leave me a detailed voice message and then I can get back to them.  I don't believe that it is TD Canada Trust and neither should you.

This number calls me multiple times a day. No messages nor do I answer a call from a I don't know. They keep calling till about 9pm. It's a little silly.

Whoever this is, GO AWAY! Seriously. This number phoned here like 8 times one night, nobody answered it, This went on for about two months, then it stopped. Now it's recently started again! Honestly!! Oh well, this time I don't have to worry because I have it blocked! So it rings once on my end and it cuts them off! Haha good enough for them. Quit bothering people with this nonsense!!

I just got call from this number. They claimed they are from TD and wants talk about some program. Due to some noise problem during call she is going to call me back.

This number has been calling me almost every day for the last month. I finally answered and they told me they were TD Canada offering a special promotion. I told them not interested and they still call.

If this company is legitimate why no caller ID or message? Major banks usually always have a caller ID attached to their 800 numbers. Why would TD Trust use such a shady outfit to do it's promotions?  TD also administers MBNA credit cards for certain other financial institutions and this outfit could be acting as a collection agency. It doesn't matter if you owe them any money or not, a similar name or having a phone number once owned by someone else who does is enough. If they are indeed promoting something for TD, it is a sleazy method of doing it and not a company anyone would likely want to do business with. Best not to answer their calls or if you can, just block them. Also report them to the telephone company, and your provincial government's department of consumer affairs.  In light of all of the telephone scams operating these days, all telemarketing and soliciting should be banned.
