- PissedoffkrysThis is a big scam I received a call about it and thought it sounded shady so I asked for a website and all their info I was given a website www.Travelservicesus.com and an address in Travel Services | 1-866-432-6049 | 6929 N. Hayden Road Suite C4-506 | Scottsdale AZ, 85250 upon further research I still was skeptical yet didn't count it out as there was not too much evidence to mark the company as a scam but as I further reviewed the site I noticed the company is a fake one and actually goes by the name www.cruiseandlandpromotions.com and they bait customers into thinking they are recording a great deal but actually charge a bunch of made up fees making the actual cruise more expensive thru them then it would b thru carnival itself!!! Please don't be fooled into this

- purple replies to deleted postWhat do you mean....its all good? Have you actually booked and went on a cruise and did not spend anything else aside from the so called " sale tax" of $198 per person????? I hope all the people that has been saying it's good would give a more specific and tangible proof...meaning they themselves have booked and went on board and came home without being ripped off on board. Please help... I would want to be on a cruise, but there's nothing free or cheap in america.... so there must be a catch...tooo good to be true.
- anastasiya replies to billydid u ever make it on the cruise????
- Anastasiya| 1 replydid anyone ever make it on the cruise????
here is what i have found
From a FORMER employee:
To everyone who is a member to any one of the below listed fraudulent companies:
... I wish to say that I am sorry... I had no Idea this company that I worked for was like this. Please take this information and do what you have to do with it.
Royal Palm Vacations, Travel Services USA, United Vacation Network, Suncoast Vacations, Suncoast LLC, World Vacations, Imperial Incentives... and many more names... all the same company... many different lawsuits with Atty generals and the state of FL... All ran out of Tampa Bay... (Largo, FL) actually.
For all of you Royal Palm members... there is NO office in Nevada... we were told to tell you that so you could not find where they were...
Google any of the above listed names, or look on ABC Action News of Tampa Bay... and search any of those above names... you will see big news reports of scams...
They never have any vacations available to you... if you place a request for vacation, they will respond "sorry, no avail" which means no availability... when they never even check. For airfare, we used the same websites that you at home do... travelocity, orbits, and expedia... then we would add a percentage to that price because we had to make some money too... So, all this company does is take your $3000.00 - $6000.00, and your ASC (Annual Service Charge). Then they sit there, and do nothing except to reply to you..."sorry no avail" and continue collecting your ASC every year...

To anyone who is a member of any one of those listed fraudulent companies, ... I highly suggest contacting the Florida Atty General, and the Nevada Atty General... good luck all...
FYI: Christy Daniels is the Office Manager (she was in prison for a few years because she was running a fraudulent business before working for these companies... funny huh?!), Amanda is the office supervisor... and the owner of all those false and fraudulent businesses is... Nick Congleton.- Caller: TRAVELSERVICESUS.COM
- Real employer replies to AnastasiyaI work for the company almost 4 years now. We are not based out of florida have never every been based out of florida and thinks it's funny that they said we were the same company as our competition. Christy Daniels is not our office manager although she might be for a one of our competitors. Whoever this former employee is should get their info correct b4 making accusations. I myself have repeat customers that call back to see if we have different specials running. Why would they call back if we weren't real. What happens is people dont listen. We ask for a 60 day notice for 2 reasons 1 to make sure we can get u a room that doesn't suck. 2. if u have ever been on a cruise b4 u know that when u r making payments on a cruise they ask for the final payment 60 days b4 the date travel this is so that we can turn a list of names over to homeland security
- kris replies to Huendydid you ever get to go on your cruise. I only ask because my mother booked one through this company and i'm getting nervice that is a scam.
