I wanted to make sure the the name of the company is picked up by the search engines!  NUBRILLIANCE  is whom they advertise to be, however there is no information available for NUBRILLIANCE  that I have been provided or have been able to locate online regarding NUBRILLIANCE ,beyond bulk merchandisers who are a conglomeration of many different companies and where  NUBRILLIANCE  could not be traced??  

I have since been reading online how there are problems with this machine not long after purchase.....this will also lend to the outcome of this product as far as I'm concerned should a real person attempt to contact me~....

First, thanks to everyone who had posted already regarding this number. It quite possibly saved me from being scammed as well!

I was initially suspicious for two main reasons. One, while I did subscribe to Proactiv for a short time, I cancelled it about 7 months ago due to moving overseas, and I know my account must have been cleared to do so. Second, the from address was "Billing@autobillpayer.com" mentioning Proactiv nowhere, even though they clearly wanted you to think that it was Proactiv itself.

What is particularly insidious, however, is that I did indeed receive my last order of Proactiv on or around this date...the ship date was the 24th of August. So, I dutifully went through my old bank statements and matched it to the orders, and as far as I can tell I paid 100% of everything I was owed and have documentation to prove it.

At this point I search the number in the email and come upon this and other helpful web pages. Thankfully I don't receive any calls, as my old US phone number is long cancelled, and I found this helpful information before I blindly called the number.

I'll be keeping a close watch on my bank account just in case. It is unsettling that they had both my email address and approximate order date, as well as the general level of complexity involved in this scheme.

One more note...I find it funny that those who have successfully (unfortunately) talked to someone at this number complain of the bad English, and interspersed with the legitimate posts on these forums are posts like "they are just collecting money with ppl who has debt". Entirely coincidental I'm sure...

you all are [***].... you better ask questions before making any purchase, that's why the representative is there to assist you. as a customer, its your right to ask question and to know the terms and condition, especially the mode of paymnt.

I am a receptionist for a company. On Monday we received the first phone call and no one spoke and they hung up. They called many more times the same day and kept hanging up. On Tuesday they called over 100+ times (not a joke) taking up all 5 lines we have so no one who is ACTUALLY IMPORTANT can get through. Making our clients pissed. On Wednesday I called the number back and spoke to a customer service rep to kindly take us off your calling list!!! We have no affiliation with them WHAT SO EVER. They asked for my number and my name, which I gave them. They said it would take 48 hours to update there records.. they kept calling while I was on the phone with the rep. On Thursday they called over 300+ times (no joke) and "Anet Smith" was looking for all these MADE UP NAMES and no one by any of those 300 names work for our company. I called the company back DEMANDING to speak to this Anet Smith, they told me we don't take calls for Anet. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Now today is Friday and it is slow for our company and they are still calling. It has been well over 48 hours and we are still not off this list. As I am typing this they are still calling. We have never bought anything from this "company". MAKES ME SO MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number calls 2 to 3 times day.  Do not know who it is and have started not picking up the phone when that number pops up on my caller id.  I have call screening so I added this number to the list.  It probably will not work because they always find  way to try to fool you.  I've got their number for sure

You may owe money, but I think you are a liar.  This is a scam.  I owe nobody anything, save Jesus Christ who paid it all.  On this earth, I pay cash on the barrelhead up front, so if they're calling me, it's a scam perpetrated by evil thieves.

They called, I missed their call and called them back,  they wanted to verify all of my information but would not tell me who they were without my info.

This is a valid company, called me because I was on a 3 pay option for something I bought online, and my card didn't authorize because my bank had to cancel it due to it being compromised last month.  I had forgotten to call them to change my card number when I got a new card, so I could make the remaining payments.  They are not a scam company, but they do chase people who don't pay their bills.  I can understand why they called me - it was a simple mistake which I corrected.

I received a call on my cellphone from this company stating I owed a balance of $94 plus change to a company that I ordered something from online back in late 2013.  I had arrangements months ago to write off that balance with the on line company I ordered from (Bellavani).  I asked the person who called me to leave a message regarding this on my home phone.  Did not get a message.  I called back this 866 number the following day, they again told me I had a balance with Bellavani and that they had sent emails to my old work email address (which was inactive AFTER the date I ordered the products from Bellavani).  I asked the representative (Rosie) to send me something to my home email address.  She agreed to do so but noted the call was being recorded and that this bill was due to be sent to collection in 3 days.  I again stated to her I wasn't unwilling to pay, just needed some sort of documentation from them.  I have not received anything so far, so I am thinking this is a scam.  They did not identify their company, stated they representeted "Bellavani".

called # back it was for a bill that was in someone else's name , I told them was not me , and they said would take phone # off record , I'll wait and see about that

This number is from a collection agency.  The gentleman was very nice. I had fraud on my credit card and something didnt get fully paid. It was not a bad call at all.

I got a recorded message to call back this number and wouldn't give them my address asked them to Verify for me and what it was concerning, never got that far because I had already looked up number on here before I called and I told them I knew it was a scam and they Better take me off the call list and they said Ok.... Lol  So YES ITS A SCAM... Plus I pay cash or debit for EVERYTHING, luckily so I knew it was a scam..  God bless these people who are scamming others they will get there payback one day, maybe when there in jail...

I received a letter stating that I owe for items I did not order.  There was no information regarding the company to whom I am suppose to owe.  It has this number to call back.  CLi#861706.  I am not responding to this obvious scam.

collection agency. they were looking for the person who owned this number prior to me. I get calls everyday from bill collectors for this lady. Why even have a phone nowadays when its nothing but bill collectors for other people. I called and the girl on the phone was actually very nice and spoke perfect english. I know i was surprised too. She said she took the number off so we will see.
