This number calls me constantly....
I finally got through to them by them not hanging up on me......
It is a "free gifts" program from using your Mastercard somewhere... (I think it is fraud though)... They try to send you free gifts.
I tell them they must take me off of their calling list but they keep calling.
They also try to record you saying it is ok to send you stuff.... and when you're not interested they hang up on you immediately

They call multiple times and when I answered they asked me if I had a card ending with these last four digits. And they had a gift to send. She sounded very young and unprofessional. I told her no thanks and stop calling. She then said " okay, we will call back!" I am so frustrated, she better be glad I cant reach through the phone!!

yep me too - same as many others listed above - multiple times a day; they hang up if I answer, never leave a message if i do not and if i call back i get "all our agents are busy.  If FCC can not do a thing, they should be shut down!!!  Save the money

Get calls from this # @ ALL hours, sometimes several in a day. The call doesn't ring long enough for me to answer. Where upon calling the # back I recieved a msg: "All agents are currently busy. We will try this call again." I DON'T WANT THEM TO!!!!

Once they verify your name, they inquire about the last four numbers on a Visa card (scary enough, the numbers matched my debit card). I demanded to know who was calling and she hung up on me. I immediately called my bank and froze my account. According to WACHOWIA, there is a scam running, and if you talk nice to them, their intentions are to get your security code off of your signature strip and commit fraud on your credit card! Watch out!

get calls once or twice daily and no answer, or, "agents are busy."

I recieved a call from my bank saying that my bank card had been compromised... I didnt put two and two together until I did a google search on this number and saw all the complaints about these people asking for the last 4 digits of credit card numbers and so forth.  I called my cell phone company asking how I can block their number and found out I cant... my only option is to change my number.  So my advice out there is either dont pick up, and possibly even change your number.

I am getting so sick of this, i have also recieved about 6-10 calls a day from
these jerks and nobody ever says anything when you pick up. Why the hell can't you call these F'ers back....The voice messg always says "all agents are busy"
I'm going to get to the bottom of this....writing letters to the FCC has helped in the past...i've gotten quick responses when money was actually stolen out of my bank out by SPRINT pcs...I wrote them a three page letter and they responded back within a week...So if everybody will chip in and send a short letter to them with their concern, maybe we can accomplish something here.'-)

This number is calling me for over two weeks now. Only once I had a chance to talk to somebody. I told them right away to stop calling me because I will call the police. They stoped calling me. Will see what happened. Next time they call me I will record the phone call and maybe by voive I can track those people.

I have been receiving this call SEVERAL times a day.  When I return call it goes into a recorder.

Get multiple calls per day. Never anyone there. What gives??????

My work phone has been receiving calls weekly for the last few weeks from the 1-866-452-1137.  I have asked them for their number and they hang up at me.  I have also called the FCC to complain.  

However, I do not see that this will have much impact on these fraudulent people who currently identify themselves as "American Express Client" workers and have the last four digits of my credit card.  American Express should be concerned too.  I have notified them as well regarding this fraudulent call.

FCC indicated that this is not their issue and were unable to file a claim.  If someone has successfully filed a claim, please advise.  They feel that this may be a FTC claim.  I need advice thanks.

Receive the call from this number and they said they were calling in reference to my credit card ending in ****, the ending numbers on one of my cards.  They said something about winning something and I hung up. There is free ride. I continue to get multiple calls daily. No one there. This is very annoying.

called 6 times on 1-25-08,

After I told the guy off the same guy called back twice and was sexually explicit to wife (11:00am) and 7yr old daughter (around 1:15pm). Local law enforcment was of no help. FCC filings are in the process.
