MERRICK BANK COLLECTIONS AND i DO NOT HAVE A MERRICK BANK ACCOUNT

Received a call from this number 04/17/2118, in the afternoon. They spoke broken English and I could only understand (my son?) someone was trying to use my credit card for car down payment.  Also that the card was declined. I knew my son, if that's who it was, wouldn't be using my card. I called the number and it was Merrick Bank. My acct with Merrick is closed and they told me no one tried using the card today. I then called the number back asking who was trying to use my card and they hung up on me.

Did not answer and no message was left.  Based on the above comments, I’m sure it was a spam or scam call.

Calling numerous times a day & leaving no message. Every time I block they call from a different number!!

Hang up call with no message left from 866-452-1144 on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018 at 8:25am PST. Someone above mentioned they received a call from Merrick Bank Collections. I had a Merrick Bank account until I closed it after they reported they wouldn't investigate 2 unauthorized charges on my account because the identified perpetrator who admitted the crimes was verbally abusive to a rep from their Disputes Dept. That rep reported they were returning the unauthorized charges in the amount of $139.50, but Merrick Bank failed to credit my account or to comply w/ their own credit card terms & agreements. They also ignored my correspondence which included documentation of the crime admitted in writing by the perpetrator & a police report confirming the crime. Their VP of Customer Service & their CEO & founder we're also non-compliant w/ the law and their own credit card terms & agreements. As no one left a message, I don't know if it was Merrick Bank continuing to perpetrate fraud against its customers who are victims of financial crimes or some other hang up scam call.

This is very unusual account activity.They take it money monthly that turns in to fornightly, even if U unsubscribe from all site that appears in the email addresses. I live in Australia, with no USA BANK ACCOUNT LEFT IN MY REAL NAME OR STAGE NAMES BECAUSE IM DEAD. KURT COBAIN IS NO LONGER. AN PHILLIP WOODWARD DOES NOT COME UP ON ANY SEARCH THAT I HAVE PERFORMED. PHILLIP TRENT PALMER IS MY AUSTRALIAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE NAME, PERFORM SEARCH NOTHING.
WHATS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD AN ITS PROBLEM WITH MY NAMES AND MY SO-CALLED CARRIER.
