I'd like to be placed on the do-not-call list too.

Received calls from this number every day from last one week. They call in day time and won't leave any message. I have sent e-mail to sprint to add my name and cell number to "Do Not Contact list".

I called the 866 number from a land line.  They have the option to not have them call you again. I pressed that button.  If I get calls from numbers I do not know I let them leave a message and I call them back when and if I want.

I hate sprint, they suck, stop telemarketing me on my cell phone dammit

Call the number back -select the option that you are not interested and they won't call back.  It only takes a few seconds but they still suck!

It seems the money we pay to Sprint is being used to harrass us. DUH!!!  If we switch carriers at least we won't be funding the calls. No wonder Sprint is losing market share.

Add this number to your contacts list and for the ring tone select "none" or "No Ring Tone". You will never know they called except for your "missed calls" list. They can call all they want now.

I received a missed call from them this afternoon but I was at work...glad I found this site! I also have sprint

I got called tonight - - and the best part is - - I got a "the call was lost" message....    geee...  there's a shocker!  I hope they call back so I can use that as ammo

I just received a call, I picked it up which I normally do not do. Claimed to be a Sprint free service call. Was a bit too casual to be a service call, wanted me to upgrade to a shared plan and was very pushy. Also asked me who I call the most, and what number do I text the most. I did not provide that info just hung up.

Long time Sprint customer. This number (8664633018) is definitely someone acting on behalf of Sprint. The calls ramp up right after you make any changes to your account. Why they choose to punish people who have just purchased products/services is beyond me. Really leaves a bad taste.

I just wrote to tell them that we won't be renewing our contract with them, hopefully Verizon treats its customers better. I continued receivng calls even after requesting to be removed from their list on two separate occasions, and had wrote them also. Jared in San Diego

Have received 3 more calls from the number 8664633018 since my most recent request to be removed from their sales lists. I've requested this three times over the last 2 years, apparently they are ignored completely. I wrote them an email and here's the response:

"Thank you for contacting Sprint and allowing us to address your concerns.

A lead suppression form has been filed this email address, the account billing address, and both phone numbers to be removed from receiving marketing text, emails, and phone calls. You may occasional receive educational non marketing texts and these are sent at no charge to you. There is a processing time for removal from the lists.

Sprint Do Not Mail: Up to 90 days
Sprint Do Not Call: Up to 30 days
Sprint Do Not E-mail: Up to 10 days

We cannot place you on the National Do Not Call Registry however you can register your own phone number with the National Do-Not-Call Registry through the Internet or a toll-free number."

I assume this effort will be ignored also. A 'lead suppression' form? Sprint seriously needs to find some integrity before they go belly-up. Jared in San Diego

They called without identifying the nature of the call and asked me for the pin number. When I started questioning about the nature of the call they politely ended the conversation -- "sorry to disturb you" -- and ended the call. Please be wary of them.

Just call the number back..it is Sprint promotions.  There is an option that says you are not interested and they will not call you again...so easy.

I have received several calls in past weeks. This morning I was called. I found this thread and called *2 to request spring add me to their Do Not Call list - While on the phone with a representative who advised me that sprint has not called me regarding my account in over a year I hear the call waiting tone - It was Sprint calling once more. I advised the representative of this fact. Very apologetic but mind numbingly stupid. They repeat everything you say but clearly dont hear very much.

I then called Sprint sales and made the same request. Advising them that if I want to change my account that I WILL CALL YOU. She was still kind enough to 3 times offer me new promotions while I was on the line - 3 times!!!  Lady please listen to me - add me to your do not call list. If I want to change my account I will call. If you keep this up I will make a big change to my account. UNBEFREEKINLEAVABLE!!
