I put on reject calls on my cell phone. They leaving messages Capital Management and they looking for some name I never heard of ot before. I'll call Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 855-411-2372

The called and left a recorded message to return the call as this a attempt to collect on a debt??

Some Buffalo Bullies calling friends, family members, unknown name, or whatever excuse they feel like using under "skip tracing" debt collection call tactics. Send these predators a certified mail cease and desist demand, to stop the calls and file complaints under state and federal FDCPA and CFPB laws. ID comes up as CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, but they never speak or leave a voicemail.

Got a call from this number, and when I didn't answer, another call from 866-706-5048, presumably from the same pests. Blocked both.

Claim to be a debt collector. They just make threats and do not identify who they want

This number called me. My caller ID showed it as "account services". I've been receiving an unreasonable amount of calls from similar numbers that never leave any voicemail. I answered and the guy informed me the call was monitored and then asked for someone else (with my last name), but didn't really state who he was or what he wanted. I told him he had the wrong number, but he persisted asking if I had the correct number for that person. I think that's inappropriate, especially when I stated he had the wrong number. I told him I am tired of receiving these calls, that it's at a harassing level and that I have told them multiple times they have the wrong number. I also told him that he should have that person's number instead of mine. He claimed that my number was listed as a secondary contact and asked if i knew why. I told him i have no idea. Finally he let it go. I would definitely consider this harassment.
