Get a call from this number almost daily.  It is Bank of America.  I called and went through the process to stop and it still comes.

Call them back at (866)484-8275.  Press #1 when the machine prompts you.  Then enter the phone number that they been calling to be placed on their DNC list.  It can take up to 30 days to get them to stop calling so be patient.

I got a call from this number right after I put my little one down for a nap. Since I was close to LO's room, I spoke very softly when I answered. The guy said his name is Randy and asked to speak to me (but mispronounced my last name of course.) I continued to speak very softly when I said "This is she."

The guy had a very hard time hearing me, so he said "We've got a bad connection. Sorry," then he hung up. So I guess the only way to deal with these solicitors is to make it so difficult for them to understand you that they terminate the call on their own. Ha! Ha!

This number calls every day and no one is on the line!!!

They call me every day.  The first time I was home I answered it to find out who to sue for violating the Do not call registry.  It turned out to be Bank of America.  Seems they are so desperate for money these days that they have been reduced to cold-calling all their depositors trying to get them to buy  tons of their myriad optional services--ANY services they can drum up a modicum of interest for!!! I told the caller I do not do any business with anyone who calls me first due to frauds, and she gave me a bank phone number with a confirmation code to use to call them back.  I asked her to take me off the calling list; she said that would take at least a month.  The same number appears daily now on my caller ID.  Maybe this is a nudge that it is time to change banks!

Call today...did not speak...just hung up. Have received calls previously.

You can call the number and there is a recording allowing you to be placed on their no call list.  I just did it.

9 am on a saturday morning!! idiots!! my one day to sleep in and BoA calls and wakes me up for some stupid service.

It is Bank of America pushing some worthless credit card insurance. They said they want to pay me "cash benefit" . These morans should pay the the huge tax payer money we paid them to save their behind from going over the brink

I sent an email to BoA with the number and they say they dont know that number. I say BS!!!  They tell me to call another number so they can deal with this.

That number called today and I was not home my husband answered the phone and the man on the other end demanded to speak to me. My husband ask him what he wanted with me and the man kept saying he wanted to talk to me but he would not tell my husband who he was or want he wanted. My husband identified himself as my husband. but he still DEMANDED to speak to me. My husband hung up on him, after telling him several times that I was not home at the time.
The unidentified man was very RUDE!!!!

This number called my house everyday. It was extremely annoying. I solved the problem by simply calling the number back, pushing 1 when they asked if I wanted more information and then entering my phone number to be placed on their no call list.

I continue to get calls from this number also. It is Bank of America and I told them that I already asked them 3 times to stop calling. They said it takes 5 days to get off of their list. I told them it takes less than a minute to cut up their credit card and hung up.

I meant to say that they told me it would take 30 days to get off their calling list.

some [***] called me from this number trying to sell insurance, I asked if this was regarding my bank account and she said didnt you hear what i was saying?  i asked if this ws a telemarketing call and she got rude with me again i asked to speak with her supervisor and the [***] hung up, anyone know a number i can call to talk directly to these people?

This number rings me often and regularly, it never leaves a message, But I picked it up today and could realized it is Bank of America.Someone called my name and asked "you speak spanish? I said "no" then he cut it saying "Thanks"
I don't want have this kind of call again and should stop it soon. If they do this continuously I'll have to take any action on my accounts in That bank.

I called the number back and waited out the recording.  At first they gave an option to press "1" to have the solocitor call back.  if you wait it out they give you an option to add your number to their "Opt Out" list.
