wrong! this is nowhere near legit.

The number I am in question about is 800-480-7794 and a Mr. Frank Shapiro is the lawyers name from Shapiro & Wineberg I am being called and saying they are taking me to court for a payday loan and everytime I call them back I get a recorded voice mail I thought every Law office has a secretary, is this a legit law office because I havent been able to find it and from what I am reading on here it seems as though they have changed the name and number from SRS & ASSOCIATES to PRS & ASSOCIATES.....I dont know can someone answer if anybody has any info

my fam got call from this #8004807794 x104 frank shapiro law firm? stating legal doc being served at work and wanted me to get a heads-up. i had calls from other coll/law firm and i tried to resolve issue;even gave a prepaid cc# to pay portion of agreed amount. They never took money out; called back to see what the problem was' Welsh couldn't even locate my info, she had someone else's info & seemed confused. She sd they would try again....never collected$ from acct given even though money was sitting there. tried again and ph was disconnected. She called back sometime later and didn't give reason why phone was disconnected;mind you no professional phone handling or business type voice mail was ever employed. I tried and tried to no avail...i used the money for other pending bills and called it a day. Now they are tryin the same tactics again....i last told the person who called me i hd a lawyer handling the case and he hung up on me ery quickly!!!!  form now on they have to proooooooove who they are to me....send me a certified ltr with addr & contact info!!!!!!  if info on their system has not been updated to reflect my contact info,(they have ways to do that if they r legit), then they must be a fraud to me....and i will teat them as such by ignoring or better yet, reporting them!!!!!

They just called my brother,  he lives out of town and dont see him often jsut once a year if i am lucky, i dont even have my brohter's number they called him and told him they are looking for me that i have a crimianl case pending which i am involved.  I am really worried and I am sure I have no court involvement with no one.  what can I do.  Please let me know how I can stop them from calling my family memeber and intimidating them about court etc.......
