This company keeps calling neighbors to harrass, even though legally they know they cannot do that.

Person named Frances McFarland called my married daughter in another city and asked for me! She said I had listed my daughter as a contact.  There would be no reason for me to ever list my daughter as a contact for credit - much less to have used her birth name since that isn't what we call her! I think they got my daughter's info from Spokeo. It shows me at an address that was her first apartment after college! Connect the dots!

so this number calls me. and tells me that this call is being recorded. They then ask if they are talking to me. So i say hang on ,, go on line check the number is a recovery company which it is .  so i dont hang up and she Tells me i have a $2,000 plus outstanding credit card bill with a bank i have never been a customer of.
so then she asks me for my birth date or last four of the SS. And i say no as i have no evidence this is not a scam. finally i give just the  year of my birth but not my date  and she says sorry you are not the person we are looking for.
