They said it was Presidents Choice Financial, Please listen to the whole message, it was not a telephone solicite, Please call 1-866-519-6436 so that we could come to an solution for both parties concerned.

They made it sound like I had an account in arrears with Presidents Choice finacial whom I have never dealt with.

When I called the number back they knew my name, the person told me that the matter had been resolved, when I asked for further details, she would not release any futher information until I gave her may birthdate and address.  I did not give any personal information and when tried to guess, she stated it had nothing to do with a credit card or President's Choice.

Same thing happen to me, that stupid number been calling me everyday.. [***] thos morons get a life!

This is Total Credit Recovery. They are a collection Agency that represent different credit card companies including Capital One and Presidents Choice Financial. Before dealing with ANY third party collection agency, know your rights and educate yourselves on the way these companies work. There are laws in Canada that are set in place for collections agencies and rules and regulations that they HAVE to follow that MANY don't.

This is f'ing total credit recovery, who are harassing me at work each day. They also use threatening terms like pay in 48 hours, and lie

They called me 4 times in 15 minutes. Wtf. All the messages they leave me are nothing and then someone saying hello thanks for holding.

When I answered they ignored my "Hello" twice, then they panicked and told me to hang up. Very weird.

Where this people take information,? they called me and called my husband same time , that make me pretty upset

I doubt they take the information anywhere.  Why would they?

Got the same calls , and they are surely trying to get your personal information to either steal your identity or to use your credit card number , too bad our government wouldn,t start doing something about it

They called me and left a voicemail should I call back and give them information or this number fake and just trying to get my credit card information

A Josh has been calling the past 2 weeks - demanding I pay my outstanding balance with my credit card (yes a few months past due - why I'm believing he is who he says he is) but...but he is heartless and so cold and demanding I pay in full. I keep repeating that I can make big monthly payments or go to my bank for a loan - he keeps dismissing with extreme aggression. It is this cold heartedness for a representative in Canada that has me suspicious now as I'm about to get a loan within the hour and pay this Josh. I need to call the Credit Company and ask if they recognize the number.
Another red flag - I asked for a reference number when calling back.  He said I don't need one but then proceeded to give me one.  (1-866-519-6436)  Reading the comments - I am going to ask for some paper work and if they are legit - I suggest that you request it being Registered Mail.  On another platform with this exact number - a man mentioned how they didn't remove the dept as PAID from the credit reports.  Suggesting that others would call to fulfill the unpaid dept.

You have bad credit and now the bank is giving you a loan? I find that very hard to believe.

Called looking for adult family member.  Said they had another number when I asked what about. They said "personal matter" No company given.  Warned family member.
