Keep calling but they don't answer if I do pick up.

They are FRS, Financial Recovery Services.  They are a collection agency that usually works on behalf of a third party debt holder.  As such, they most likely are calling to collect on a debt that:

1.  Is past the statute of limitations (check your state's statute).
2.  May exist, but the records are incomplete to the point where they have no legal claim, and will attempt to intimidate you into paying.

You have rights under the FDCPA, which include cease-and-desist, as well as punitive damage claims up to $1000 per incident.

These... "people" will not identify themselves until you verify your name or the last four digits of your SS#.  You have no legal obligation to give them this information, or to remain on the line.  You can also tell them that "...under the FDCPA, I demand that you cease all telephone contact and mail copies of all pertinent financial records referring to this claim.  If you continue to call and harass me, I have the right to sue under the FDCPA for up to $1000 per incident."  And then hang up.

Getting phone calls from this number and it kills my minutes.

I just want to voice my opinion on that if someone wanted to they can actually go over there and pay them a visit just so you know that the street goes both ways they can threaten all they want and when someone who threatens to step over the line does then someone's going to do the same vice versa suppose sides need to keep calm head before someone takes it to the next level and does something that they may or may not regret later on

It never dawned on me that I can put call forwarding on everybody that's calling to me and send it to a 1-900 number one of those that black psychic or something or they charge $9.99 a minute wouldnt that be cool have them paying to call psychic hotline

Don't get mad get an attorney and go sue if there's a threat they make go file a police report, then go to the attorneys talk to them. the last thing you want to see you don't want to be in trouble for something, just because they were ignorant and Bill Collectors say that stuff violence against you to intimidate you, most collections are out-of-state and don't even live near you.

These people called me nonstop today. I didn't answer. Stop.

These people are very rude, I think I owe 20.00 dollars for some medical bill. The lady that calls and is sure to say " This is a recorded line" I think her name is Shelly not sure of the last name her accent is very deep.
