Says he is calling from Citibank Underwriting Dept.

Citibank Unsecured Processing Center.  They telephoned my cell phone.  I did not answer the call; however, when I called back, the message stated it was the Citibank Unsecured Processing Center.

I called the Citibank number on my card.  Taht number is a fraud.

Says from citibank, did not answer the call. I called back and it said Citibank

I received several emails over 2-3 weeks that my loan application with CITI was in process, then "we'll update soon", then one said "we've made a decision with attachment which was nothing more than ma copy of my Experion credit report, and finally one that said they were looking for David Van Klass and needed to confirm more information so please call 866-533-5595.  Meanwhile I confirmed with proper CITI numbers they had no loan application under my name in process.  The concerning issue is that a hard inquiry from CITI was reported against my credit by Experion.
