Call citi bank about account. Called # back machine says do you want to use social security # account # or phone #

Legit. Missed a damn payment on my Citibank card.

This number has called me every day at 8 a.m. for 10 days or so. How do I stop them?

Please, please get them to stop. Please!

    again i got call from this number around 8:15 a.m. with so-called info on citi card debt. Stop it please!  I never anser it, they are phishing.  askin g for my personal stuff

The phone number appears to connect to the real CitiBank, or it is a very good phish, and the website appears to be safe, but it is not the normal CitiBank web site, again if it is fake it is a very good phish.

Left VM. Said they were CitiBank. Called Citibank number on the back of my card. They said they have NO reason to call me and there was nothing in my notes. Spam! Scam! DO NOT ANSWER!

This 8665359492 number supposedly from Citi asked for zip code already suspicious then when i waited to speak to someone after few minutes got dropped.

Caller states they are from Citi, asked for zip code to verify who they are speaking with {red flag} you called me and should already have this information.

Asks to talk to a person

Said they were Citibank and if I am Beverly Xxxxx, press one. It had my correct first and last name.  Then it asks for my zip code. Hung up. Spam phishing for my information.

This number calls three times a day ... morning - mid day - evening.  Listened to it once early on and it is a recorded message claiming to be CitiBank and then prompting for information input.  I hung up.  After several days of repeat calls without picking up again...I just blocked them.  I think if it was legit and was CitiBank they would leave a voicemail....my policy "No human - No Voicemail - BLOCK"

Called every morning for the last five days, including Sunday, between 8am and 9am. Never leaves a message. If I don't know the number, I don't answer; if no message, I don't call back. Interesting that others say it's Citibank -- I recently opened a credit card with them...
