Ive recieved calls from this number twice and I just got my phone 2 days ago. I wish they would stop calling. When i answered they didnt say anything so I hung up.

I too started receiving calls from this number shortly after I bought and activated a new phone. I'm guessing the previous holder of my # had a loan through them.  A few times I have answered and tried explaining that I'm not who they're looking for but they obviously don't believe me.  So I get at least one or two calls from them every day, which I now ignore.  Sometimes they leave an automated message, sometimes they don't.

NO I didnt take a loan, I received a new phone number from ATT that apparently belonged to another person that took a loan.  I am tired of using my minutes 3 x a day from an automated message that tells me to call a different number to speak to a representative. Thats 84 minutes a month that are not available for me to use. WTF???

Man, if PayDay doesn't stop calling, I am going over there and going to chew them out if they don't stop. I don't have a loan from them. This is the 3 call today!

Ok, so I did have a loan, but I paid it off months a go. I haven't used them since. Why are they calling me now?

I also had a loan with them paid it off and now I am getting e-mails from them saying I still owe over 600.00 and I can pay it off by sending them 100.59.  I told them that I had paid off all our loans when we redid our bill consolidation loan and now they are trying to tell me I still owe money but when I ask them to e-mail me or fax me with the loan information, I GET NO REPLY.  I am so sick of these people.

I received a phone call ....didnt answer..left no mssg..googled..and saw they were illegal...blocked #...looked up paydayone and got. Correct#........called paydayone and gave them the # they are having there legal attorneys investigate this #

Receive calls 5 to 6 times aday. I say hello, they say nothing and then they hang up.  Do not owe money to anybody, so how did they get my number when I have had it for 30 years.

Is sad that this people are calling to tell you have been approved for a loan and not to discuss w any one  n to prove that you can pay you must get agreen dot card and pay an insurance or that you have to pay the first note and then they will pay it back to you with the loan back in afew minutes or they tell you that is the goverment n you were select to get a grant n that you should use a 1500.00 credit card to enlist it the things they tell is out of this world or just bull and they have an acent nad you can't hardly make out what they say

They said I have a loan for $5,000 and they told me the date as well. I don't have a loan and I never did an online loan. I think it is a scam and I will report it

This is Rise.  They are calling you because you owe them money.  Don't forget to pay your bills people.

People can be so ignorant..they automatically assume every call you get is meant for you and assume you're a deadbeat..

They calling every day to many times from 8 am don't pick up ..

Not always the case. Had a PDL deposit money into my savings. Tried to contact them to reverse it. Offshore business would not take State side calls.
Credit Union I belonged to attempted to make contact to reverse the deposit.
Could not get a hold of them.
Issue derived from a single application of inquiry online, which dispersed to multiple loan entities. Off shore entity deposited money without authorization. Not only did this happen once, but twice.
Bank advised to keep the money, and change micro number.
Followed Credit Unions advice, now offshore loan is trying to collect. Does not report to Credit Bureau because they are not recognized in the United States.
Now this outstanding account is sold to a rogue collection company in the united states.
Not going to pick up that phone, because law states once you acknowledge the account, the account can be reactivated.
Furthermore statute of limitations is 3 years for this state.
This has been pursued for nearly 6 years.
What is the resolve? Do not make inquiries online, as nobody knows how many loan companies are actually attached, and will actually force deposits.
Yes, these companies can force a deposit, when an initial application asks to verify your existing bank account by making a small deposit (usually a few cents) to verify activity. They claim it is to cover themselves so that they are not depositing into dummy accounts.
Regardless- Not everyone is taking loans to bail on them. There are very sneaky groups out there that pull crap like this, and make your life miserable.

They keep calling my company's work number.  They call and just hang up.

I've gotten 4 calls from this number all ready today. Generally it's 2 maybe 3 but today it's picked up. They are on the block list via Extreme Call Blocker and have set for block via regular phone. I see it still in the call log. I'm glad my phone hangs up on them now automatically. It's just annoying to see that they've called so many tkmes all ready and it's only 1pm

To me that should be grounds for major harassment and not be allowed. Never had dealings wth this company
