It probably isn't even his debt.  I keep getting calls from them and I don't have any debt that would require a collection agency.  I pay all my bills on time or early and I pay well over the minimum.  My mother used to get calls from collection agencies that wanted money from people she had never met or even heard of.  

Sometimes the calls are for other people sometimes there nothing more than scams.

Donot deal with [***] aceptance they are crooked collectors and kie big time..I told them for ten years now to take it to court...they wont get [***] from me

I went to their website and got the email address info@fschulmanlaw.com.  Went to many opt in email websites and opted them in for all kinds of ridiculous emails.  Now they will get emails from EVERYBODY.  You should do the same and we can render their email servers, address useless.  Maybe then they will quit calling people arbitrarily and verify they are calling the correct party as I HAVE NO DEBT.

Debt Collector fishing for information

Once I found out they were a debt collector I checked my loans and I'm up to date on all three and even ahead on one of them so they have no reason to call me.

These people in part are collectors for Drive Time Auto. They are very persistent and rude.

I get a call from 866 5804810 everyday and they do not leave a message at all.   Who are they and why.

They said I owe at@t mobile and I've never had AT@T .Never got but one bill saying it was over $1500.00 with $340.00 interest.. How's that work.

  I have been getting  calls from these people after  battling the city of Los Angeles over parking tickets in my name on some vehicle that I have no idea what or who owns it. I don t even live in LA. They wont check with the DMV to verify so screw them.

I get routine calls from this number, maybe 2 or 3 a month.
Of course, they never leave a message.
This time I called back, and they were looking for the previous owner of my cell number.
I've had this number for almost 18 months now, and I have gotten many calls for that person from various agencies, which leads me to believe they are true deadbeats. Too many calls to be coincidental.
The operator told me that "by law" they are not allowed to leave a message, and that they would remove me from their list. We'll see if they really do.

Or you could shut up. Just a thought. I am on my third phone number to evade the torment of calls for at least 4 OTHER persons (unknown and unrelated to me). It would be nice if you quit generalizing [***]. Just saying.

Received call when answer they hang up - I called and they said they are assest acceptance company - verified my number is on the DNC list - the call was made from a "call center" and she claimed my number wasn't on their list.
