who call me fron that number ???

I found a charge of 19.95 today on my bank statement that I did not authorize. My bank will reverse this scam and make sure it does not happen again, but why and how are they allowed to get away with this?

Supposedly for discounts to health care providers.  Unauthorized charge of $19.95 taken from checking account.  Claims it's not insurance.  When I called the number, I pressed zero to speak with someone.  It answers as Customer Service, very generic.  Representative said they're "Coverdell in Chicago, IL," and they're the Plan Administrator that makes the withdrawals from your account.  I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau's website and found a report for a Coverdell located in Chicago, so I'm assuming this is them:  http://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-reviews/m ... ago-il-88592699

Representative said they don't have a website, but BBB lists one as www.coverdell.com    BBB report says they provide, "Marketing Programs & Services, Insurance Services, Financial Services, Advertising/Marketing Agencies"

I suggest you file a complaint with your state Office of Attorney General, Consumer Protection, and include a copy of your statement showing the unauthorized charge or charges.

This morning I checked my bank acct and I also noticed a charge from a company called Coverdell Sponso for the same $19.95. I also called my bank. They advised that this was an ACH transaction which they explained was a charge that came through using my chk acct number and routing #. This same phone number was associated with this Coverdell company. My bank is investigating.

Phillippe, Barbara posted back in 2012 so it's not likely she'll see your reply.  I did, however, call this number and got "Elizabeth" who told me they offer many different healthcare plans.  I asked if they were "Coverdell" and she told me Coverdell is a corporate organization that represents many different businesses.  So it sounds like they are a clearing house for health insurance, among other things.  Why not call the number on your health insurance member card to see if they are related?
