This is Pennymac Loans.  Its a morgage company.....they probably want a payment

They call and, being that we would like to make some arrangements to get current with our loan, we actually WANT to talk to them but, they are so disinterested in talking to you, they robocall you and then tell YOU to call THEM back and when you do no one is ever available to speak with you. just like the rest of the scam that we call "the crash" it' just another bunch of carpetbaggers wanting to steal the home that your worked and saved for for ten cents on the dollar. Good luck to them.

Got a call from them today. Said they were from my mortgage company... I don't own a home? but I thought it may have been one of my parents homes. So I waited... and I waited... and I waited... on the phone 10 minutes later still no answer. If you are going to scam people at least answer the phone.

They called me about payment but I'm current.  I guess their system isn't in sync with their auto dialer

Has called twice...no notification from current mortgage company.

Received voice message. Said loan dept from your mortgage company but did not give the actual name of a mortgage company except penny mac...not my mortgage company.  And I am current with my payment...
Those who are truly behind....Call your own mortgage company direct .

Damn Bank of America sold our mortage to PennyMac, their website does not function.  They have been call my home for 2 weeks but never leave a message, just that I need to call them.  I am not too interested in calling anyone that does not identify themselves.

Like most homeowners, I work during the day and their "operational hours" do not work for me.

Bank of America did the same to me.   Don't no where you live but I think this might be the mortgage company that will start to raise your rate even when you pay on time.

I have gotten daily phone calls for over a month now. After two weeks I called and had my phone number removed and now the calls have returned. I have NO mortage and NO home, I never give my number out and I am tired of them calling and leaving a voicemail.

They are calling my 13 year old autistic sons phone, penny mac finanacial services. I have called them back, told them that we don't own a home, remove the number. was told supervisor would look into it. still calling.

Missed the call nut looked up the # and it is saying PennyMac....I do have a mortgage with them and have never been late...my husband is critically I'll and the mortgage is 2 days late
....I guess I'm a criminal already???

PennyMac trying  to get you to refinance your home.

They call me every month. Even though, you legally have until the 15th of each month before your payment is late, they start calling after the first and continue .

This phone number belongs to PennyMac Financial Services. They are a big time collection agency. They buy mortgages, and they buy debt from other businesses, then harass the hell out of the customers who now owe them money. We closed on our new home only 35 days ago. I received a letter in the mail from PennyMac stating that they now hold my mortgage, and all payments beginning April 1, 2017 must be made to them. Today is March 1. I made the first payment a week ago to the original mortgage company who closed on our loan. I called both companies and asked who the first payment should go to and they both told me it should go to the first holder, so that is who I paid it to online. Now PennyMac is calling me ON THE 1ST to tell me they haven't receive payment yet. This is going to get interesting.

Wonderful..just settled on my home May 12th. Got a letter the other day saying my mortgage was sold to Penny Mac. Already getting calls to call them. My first payment isn't even due till July 1st.. guess Ill be blocking this number. I always pay on time. Don't need a monthly reminder....

Agreed.  Our case manager is never available when I try to call these people.

Missed call on my cell phone. Called back and found out it was PennyMac Financial Services. Automated system asked for the last four of my ssn.  Told  it three times no.  Got real person.  Asked why they were calling me.  Was told they needed my account number.  Don't have an account number. They were unable to give me any information without an account number.  Told the person do not call my number again. If they did I would contact an attorney and file harassment complaint.

It seems to be legitimate. I have a loan with them and I accidentally clicked the wrong month the last time I scheduled a payment. Consequently, this month's payment got skipped. They robocalled me to let me know there was a problem. I called them back and took care of it. No complaints from me.

They call me after the 1st, payment is due the 1st.  It isn't even late and the calls begin.  I call them today.  They claim they haven't received payment.  My bank says they received today.  Yet another horrible mortgage company.
