It is The Veterans Choice Program, I will assume you are a Veteran, they are trying to reach you to give you an appointment in your local area as they VA has put you in for the program.

ANSWER THIS CALL! This is Tri West, they are calling you on behalf of the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.  You were sent due to not being able to get you an appointment within 30 days at the VA or are more than 40 miles away etc.  This is for you to get the care you need without waiting when there is a longer wait period in some clinics.  It is very important you call them back, although they are only required (as per congress) to make 3 attempts to contact you, and they usually will leave a voice mail if they cannot reach you.  They will cancel the consult and inform the VA they could not contact you.  Then you my friend will have to start all over again.  So call them and do yourself a favor so they can help you :)
Don't want to see someone say the VA made them wait so long they died or some crazy crap you hear, when they were trying to reach you the whole time.....trust me 99% of the time, THAT is what has happened....

Its people like you that spread vicious things about the VA claiming that people are dying when they are not....maybe think twice on the things that you say to cause issues for others, and then try to sleep at night.

Number is legit...HealthChoice Network is contracted by the VA. I told them we do not need additional health services, we are covered. And anyway, we do not live more than 40 miles from a VA facility. But they are super aggressive and won't take no for an answer. They call every damn day, acting like a government agency and demanding personal information--e.g., social security number. They obviously operate on commission like any sales reps. Be very, very careful. If you need extra medical/health services, call the VA and let them direct you.

receiving numerous calls from this agency, Veterans Choice Agency. The y have been told every time they call that I have a severe hearing disability & to direct all contact, messages & questions via snail mail. To dat they have not complied. My local VA has been notified & have tried to rely this agencies info, they too have struck out. Another example of our tax dollars being frittered away.

They obviously use a robo-dialer to start the calls.  After three or four calls someone actually left a message to the effect that they want to help me schedule an appointment.  I have extensive experience in medicine and prefer not to wander around from place to place for my medical care.  I'll give them a call back, but I think they are out of luck as far as I'm concerned
