Scam!!!!! Don't pay!!!

Yep. Scam-tastic. Glad I let it go to voice mail, so all I had to do was look it up and not actually speak with them.

Spoke to two people, who claimed they were Creative Directors with Explore Talent and they would help me get acting roles in major production films.  They both had very American names, Neal Johnson and Carolyn Jones, yet could barely speak English.  Sounded like they both had an Eastern Indian accent.
After their spiel, they asked me for an application fee of $199.50 and a credit card to process the fee.  How stupid do they think people are?  I quickly ended the call.  I wish I had time to launch a criminal investigation against these scum bags.

it happened the same thing to me. i did sign up in exploretalent but after the call i was so confused, thank God i google the number before calling back.. i wont call :(

Got a call from "David" (no last name= unprofessional) from Explore Talent and after googling this I am glad I did not call the number back!! I did sign up for Explore Talent a couple years ago but never paid for the services. Do not fall for this any Talent Agency asking for money or any compensation up front is a SCAM!! If you have talent they will make their money regardless.

Just got a call from them.. They got upset when I told them I had to talk it over with my husband about the money thing. I thought right away that it was a scam but thought I better listen to fine out more.. YEP.. I was right.. They are just looking for your MONEY!!!!

I received a call from this unknown number; I was busy (and avoiding a bill collector) so I hit ignore. They left a message, called back immediately after and left ANOTHER message! I listened to the voicemail and there was a guy with a thick accent speaking about some casting call, yada yada yada......The 'sense of urgency' with the back to back phone calls was a dead give away - avoid like the plague. I'm immediately removing my profile from their site.

That number keep calling my phone I want pick up the uge acent is what cough my attention don't do it it a scame and if it was that good wouldent I calling theme instead and tyra said in the modoling industry they never ask for money up front

I asked, can I see the web?, they said pay first! I start spelling my credit info: F...CK   Y..O..U    SCAM, FRAUD !!! they got angry in there Indian faces and hung up!!!!

Just got a voicemail from them. Couldn't understand at all what were they saying except the number to call and they are looking for talents. The lady had an indian accent with name Sharley Peterson. SCAAAM

i got the call to today and when i heard the voice it sounded real but i heared laughing in the back so i called and chiense dude picked up NOT a woman named jenni wat ever junk.

I got a call from them a few hours ago. It was a woman named Shelly, and she said that she was a director. She said that I had been chosen to audition to be in photo shoots, tv shows, and movies in the area. Her voice sounded foreign, so it was hard to make out what she said.

I got a call from this unknown caller, they had a very strong accent. The man left me a voicemail, i could barley understand. He said somthing abpit modeling and acting. i typed inthis number online and read all the post. This is very scary. I called the number back, the man that answered sounded like the same "scott davis". The first thing i asked was how did you get my number? he said i was on a modeling and acting webiste. I havent ever signed up for anything like that. he said i have a beatiful picture. i told him i just want to go to school, he then said "have a good day". and the guy just hung up. did he really see a picture of me? how did he know my cell number??? and my name??

its me agian:) so i called the number back just to get more info about the so called modeling and acting they offered. This time the same voice was on the phone but funny how his name was not the same as last time, it was "JORDAN WASHINGTON" i started questioning how long they had been in the business and he asked who he was speaking to. (thats fishy) i told him he had just called me. i asked agian how long they have been in the business, he said 8 year. i then asked where based at, he said West Hollywood CA. I asked the exact adress, and he gave me 8033 Sunset blv, 6581 CA 90046. I am not sure if this is real. I asked for the website of this so called buiness, he said www.exploretallent.com.

This is somthing i do not feel safe with. today everyone can know anything about you. Even when the name of who i was speaking with changed everytime i called, this is a line of crap. The man was getting worried about who he was talking to when i started asking questions.


i am now wanting to delete my name however they got it. they try to make your but 120.00 activation fee to login to "your account". i told the man i would have to really check into this becuase i know its a scam. and the man hung up.

i am pissed... i was sleeping when that number came up. now normally i dont answer numbers i dont recognise but i did anyways for some reason. the guy strougled with english so bad that all i could understand was my name and somthing about a talent agency. i pretty much had him figured out by then but still couldnt understand him so i humored him and told him i was sorry and i couldnt understand what he was saying. cuz i truly couldnt. then after about the 3rd time i asked him to repeat what he said he just hung up on me. im not a very friendly person in the morning either so i called back even though i googled the number and heard about a million other familer scam calls. i called back telling him that i was hung up on cuz i couldnt understand him and i truly believe it sounded excactly like the guy who first called me then he said hold please. i was then transferd to a guy who spoke better english where i then explained the situation, thats when he said u sined up for this four months ago. i replied there is no way in hell i would sighn up with somthing like that. he kept saying well u dont remember sighning up a million times and i said no sir i would never have done such a thing. i was also being nice tohim then he hung up on me as well. now im super pissed. so i call back again to get a differant operator who spoke with an indian acsent and told him to please put me on their no call list and he was nice and said he would take care of it. i think the reason why they hang up on the people who ask to many questions is so that u cant ask them to not call again. i also think thats why they first have somebody who can hardly speak english talk to u so that if u say it to them then they can claim ignorance,,, someone. i dont care who. the feds somebody need to get after theses jackels... they break the laws daily and get away with herassing tax paying citizens who are just trying to sleep so they can function in life. cuz not all of us run smams for a living.... urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

so explore talent is a scam or isnt? is it for real or not ?

Its very scary I dont know who these people are. I never provided any information to a talent and modeling agency. They knew exactly what race I was and the age as well. This is very scary.
