I have also filed bankruptcy 3-30-09 had meeting of creditors 5-12-09 and as of this morning they are still calling.  Thinking about talking to attorney to see what recourse we can take.

Yes, National City.  Pretty nice to work with up front, but they call as many as 20 times a day! If you use Comcast for your phone service, you can block them by pressing *60, then 2, then enter the number you want blocked.

The idiots at National City Bank keep calling about our HELOC. If we don't make the payment by the due date, they start calling immediately and they don't stop calling, even when we give them a date when the payment will be made or schedule a payment through their website and advise them that a payment has been scheduled. They call upwards of 14 times a day, sometimes just minutes apart. They use an automated dialer to harass us, and sometimes leave messages to call them on our answering machine 30 minutes apart.

There is a special place in hell for those [***].

Have received numerous calls from this number from National City for a home equity loan.  The calls are continuous,even though payment arrangements are automatic, we are always told the information in their system has not been updated.  They even call my wife at work, even though we have advised them she has a no personal call policy where she is employed.

They have called me over 5 times today. I let my answering machine get it the first few times and they left no messages. The first time I picked up there was no answer or audio at the other end. The second time I got a voice who told me to "hold for a representative" several times then said "sorry, no one is available" and hung up.

The third time I answered I finally got someone on the line after about a minute of the voice repeating itself. A lady asked for 'so and so,' I told her she had the wrong number. I told her that they had called at least 5 times already today and asked if that was normal for them. She said was normal for them and they had every right to do so. She again asked me if I was 'so and so' as if she didn't believe me from the first time. I told her I'd be filling a complaint with the FCC or FTC. I'll see if they call again, it has stopped...  for about an hour so far :)

If it is not, THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL because one has no easy way of telling them they have the wrong number and are harassing the wrong person in the sanctity of their home!!! I don't owe anyone any money let alone a bank or financial company. I am a renter who doesn't use any form credit, not even student loans currently, and I haven't for over 10 years now.

From 6:00 till almost 8:30 I have gotten 13 phone calls from this number. I can't even have a conversation on the phone because they keep calling and I have call waiting. Calling the phone company tomorrow to block the call from this number. I am furious that I can't come home from work and have to deal with this harassment.

They call every month, work and home and husbands cell phone.  I always make the payment, sometimes it is past the grace period, but they call before the grace period is even up.  They called 20 times one evening and when I finally answered and asked if they were the one that had called 20 times she said "I didn't call 20 times" and I said it is the same number, I have it on my caller ID.  They just want the extra $15 because when I say I am going to pay it this day or that they say "can we post date a check?"  I always so NO I'll take it to the bank.  I will NEVER use them again.  If I could get out of it now I would.  It's not just mortgage payments, it's car payments etc.

I get collections calls EVERY DAY from PNC asking for people that don't work here ... have NEVER worked here. Several people have hung up on me. When I ask for supervisors I get transfered to voicemails.

EVERY day, for the past month or two, the computer calls my office, telling me to hold for an important phone call. Sometimes I wait only to get disconnected. Most times I get ignorant people asking questions they have no business asking.

People there tell me my number doesn’t even exist in their system. Coincidently, the last four digits in my number are the same as theirs.

Have had a loan from PNC for a few years. They would start calling on the due date, with six days left in the grace period. But they didn't do what National City does.They keep calling my work number. I answer and get a hangup. My payment was made days ago and I still have one day left in the grace period. I can't wait to get this loan paid off with them so I never have to deal with PNC/National City again.

I just received a call from this number and I let it go to VM.  The caller was from PNC Bank looking for a Brooke McKenzy (most likely from Michigan).  I have received other calls in the past from debt collectors looking for this same girl whom of which I do not know.  They said to have her call then back at this number and ask for Ava at ext. 49234.  Who ever this person is must be in some serious financial troubles!

You should tell them she lost her job because of the personal calls and now you can't pay them.

1866-622-2657 called my house 3 times with in 10 mints. I called the number back and got Canteen Lending Serivce. I ran that company name, and found no company exest at this time. I called the number back again about 2 mints later and got Verison wireless Confeance calling telling the number is not in serivce. Called Verizon they told me that, anyone can call and rent a phone like for an hour for a small fee.
There is no way to tell who used the phone serivce.

Called Verizon wireless company again, I spoke a manager who told me that they do have that number. They told me to call the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) filled a complaint about the number. They also told me to contac the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) who told me that they have been getting a lot of called about this number, that this number is a Spoof number. Call Spoofing is Illegal. I filed a complaint with them.

Multiple Incoming calls seven days a week - Very annoying and disruptive

This is PNC now, same issues. If a law firm filed a class action lawsuit I would sign up today. They called me and said I was $1800!! Behind. Not true, I showed them I paid 2 payments in a single month. She says " oh your right you are only $326 behind" what? That number represents nothing affililiated to my loan. Then she says oh that's due next month! , WTH?

These people are criminal, pay close attention to what they are trying to charge you. You will find its not right 90% of the time. They will charge you for the next two months before the are even due.

No message. Quit calling me.

This number calls all hours of the day and night. The idiots don't have the decency to leave any message and if you do answer,  there is no one on the other end. Its disgusting,  they called all day Christmas Day and New Years Day,  well into the night!!   How do you stop these morons from calling???   We have caller ID but that is useless as far as I am concerned.  I am so disgusted,  we are removing our land line to stop these idiots once and for all.  They can't even identify themselves,  it keeps coming up as unknown!!  DUH, how important can it be???

Someone from thiss number calling and harassed my staff, won't identify themselves. if I hadn't figured out it was a long distance call, I would have called the cops to escort my staff to their cars, that's how threatening the call was.

They started calling me yesterday....first from a restricted number, and then twice more after that with two different numbers, mostly from MI.  They started calling after 8 pm at night.  I have had two such calls from this number today, so far, and it is only 12:00 pm.  The number states it is PNC bank and trying to collect a debt.  I do not have a debt with these people, or any others.  I have one credit card and it is paid up to date.  I am on the do not call list and I am getting very annoyed with these phone calls.  I will look into how I can block them, but they keep changing phone numbers, so don't know if that is possible.
