Was a WF investment advisor. Even so, the call was not requested and these calls from any company  are a true annoyance.

Thank you FOR posting these messages...it is SO helpful...I always PERFORM a "reverse lookup" upon receiving a call from UNKNOWN number/person - leaving a message - before I return call.  In THIS case, the individual in message stated he was "Steve" and wanted to DISCUSS my retirement accounts (Huh?), but FIRST needed "confirmation" and left a number w/an extension, but STILL.  These calls are ALWAYS worrisome (Identity Theft!) and in this PANDEMIC "collapsed world" - even MORESO scary w/myriad NAUGHTY people "sheltered-at-home" w/only their computers and thoughts of ill-gotten gains.  (Sigh.)  I'll return call to JUST to ensure it is SAME institution (luckily, NOT mine -WHEW! - but STILL makes one worry for OTHERS) that the PREVIOUS commenters REFERENCED.  Again, "thanks" to THIS "community" for trying to keep us ALL safe.  Bless you!

Answered this call and all it did was play some music. I have no clue as to why someone would call and just play me a song. I blocked it.
