We have this number calling our home every day Monday through Friday several times a day I have pressed one and talked to a woman who wants to speak with my husband when he calls back they dont know who called our house or why.

Calls my cell Monday-Saturday multiple times a day.  FMS Inc.  Collection Agency.  I can never speak to a person though!

I called back at this number and a guy from the other end talked to me.  He said something about a returned check from Walmart.  I never wrote any check to walmart.  So I questioned him about what check he was talking about, then he hang up.  I called back again and a lady picked up the phone this time.  She said their company FMS is a collection company and they had a bounced check in my name, my address and my phone number.  The check was from Bank one.  I told her that I didn't have any account with Bank One and asked her fax me a copy of the check.  Then she said that they were just a third party company and didn't have the actually bounced check.  But she can mail a some dispute form to the address they have for me.  I will see what's going on when I receive their mail.

I get this call almost every day at my office. I called the number listed on the caller ID, a woman answered. When I told her to remove us from their call list, she responded that they do not have a call list. She asked for the number that was being dialed, then denied that they were calling the number that I gave her and hung up on me.

I was able to speak to Scott after some of the hang-ups and stuff other mention.

I explained that I have no idea who the person they are looking for is, and he said they put me on do not call, but I have been receiving similar pattern calls now from 866-380-5171, but they won't identify themselves and are not nearly as nice.

We get calls from these people almost everyday also.  Same story - Not a sales call, press 1 to speak to representative.  Call disconnects when I press 1.  Since we pay all our bills on time, if it is a collection call, they are calling the wrong number and being pretty stupid on how they are trying to collect money!  I have made a complaint on the do not call registry website.  Who knows?  Maybe if enough of us make complaints, they'll actually do something about this company and their tactics!

They have left multiple voicemails at my house and cell phone - this morning I happened to answer it on my cell phone and pushed "1". A recorded voice came on and said "Thank you for calling, someone will be with you in a moment".  Then a man came on and asked for some man - I don't remember the name. I told him this was my cell phone I have had it over 3 years and please stop calling me.  He said someone must have given my number.  After hanging up I called the phone concerned it was one of those scams where they bill you for making a call but it was to soon for them to tell.  I just called the number from a land line and voice mail said FMS did a google search and ended up here.  I assumed it was a collection agency.

These people call and call all the time.  I even went so far to get thru to them and tell them they have the wrong person.  They do not call the Land Line anymore.....now they are calling my cell!  How in the world did they get that number, the cell number is not even listed under my name.... Even better question WHY???  Of course I do not answer my cell when they call.

I get a at least 2 call a day and they want me to put me on hold.  I tried once to talk to someone to tell them to stop but I was doing it on my penny.i HAVE NO IDEA WHAT OR WHO THEY ARE.  STOP STOP STOP

Has been calling me daily for about four weeks. If I answer, they say press one for a representative but then the line goes dead before pressing 1. If I do not answer, they do not leave a message. How do I stop the calls!!

Same thing recording stateing that it's not a sales call, press 1 for a rep.  They asked for a person. I said no and I would appreciate you not calling and harrassing us these calls are annoying.  She hung up on me.

These calls used to annoy me but after talking to several people and telling them they have the wrong number, and they continue to call I figure if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.  So sometimes I press one, wait (the line seems to go dead but the dialer is actually dropping the call into a queue) and start reading the closest thing to me until they hang up on me!  Sometimes I call back and just start reading again when someone answers. I've read the Bible, junk mail and the phone book to them!  I figure someone who has to take this kind of job needs a better education.  It doesn't stop the calls but it has me ROFLMAO! www.fms.treas.gov is a government collection agency.

This is not a Sales Call.  They are caliing my Cell, Home and Business phone. I don't have any outstanding Debt of any kind.
