what can I say? Me too. I was able to get the pristine health charge of $58.09 reversed from my bank. You must cancel ALL with these scammers; get cancel confirmation numbers and phone your bank/cc company. A great idea to call the Better Business Bureau and report these thieves. They must be stopped!

The number (1 866-676-4122) is a bogus number. If you need to cancel this fraud, go back to the online site and harass the online operator until they give you a cancelation number and a phone number to confirm cancellation. Call this number ( it took at least 20 minutes to get a person on the line). Demand cancellation and refund. They will tell you to return product. FINE!
Finally, these are the people ripping you off. Remember? So, do not be polite. Do not be courteous. Demand results.

Health smile 866 825-7477 was recently in the news for giving a free sample of teeth whitener.  The disclosure you agreed to allows people like "Pristine Health" and other sister companies to send you product and charge your card.

You need to refuse the product and call your credit card company. This is fraud.
get the authorization numbers...they have them!

Ask the credit card company to STOP dealing with these merchants, and finally, stop buying things over the internet.  Unfortunately, America is under attack in more ways than stock markets and banking.  The entire credit market needs to be regulated.

    Thanks

Call the original sales company you agreed to buy the "sample" from.
The agreement calls for recurring monthly charges...unless you cancel.

For Dazzle White call 866 528-6214.  The CSR I had was courteous and reversed the charges.

This type of advertising should be stopped.  It disrupts good commerce practices.  Ask to have your orders cancelled.

I called and spoke to a "Nicole" who would not give me a supervisor. She stated that this was not a free trail as we had to read the contact information that clearly states that we are purchasing the product and will be taken out of our account. "Nicole" was so rude in was amazing how rude this company is. Please beware of the awful company. My experience is never to order anything that states: "Free trail" on line again... Good luck with getting your money back..

I am calling the Better Business and Shape Magazine where I read about this product to inform them to not endorse this product...

I got charged $87.62 on 10/22/2009.  I did not authorize this at all!!!  How can I get this reinbursed back to me?  I receieved a phone call and told the man on the phone I did not want any more than the sample product.  I repeated myself several times.  And I have receievd no products except for the sample. These are horrible people. And something serious needs to be done with bogus companies like these. Shame on them and I hope they realize what bad karma means.

Yeah, I got hit too. Fell into the "career mom discovers trick" and got a double whammy of this. I just (30 seconds ago) came across something that might help some of us get our money back, though. http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp
I'm trying this tomorrow, I hope it works!

It sure is a rip off. I said yes to  free sample of Pure Lift.  I received the product but 3 weeks later - $97 plus currency conversion was debited from my bank and the product was posted to me again. Never any mention of price or whether I would be purchasing the product on a regular basis. I would never spend that much on cosmetics as I cannot afford it. My bank was very helpful, they issued me with a new debit card with a new number. This stops them from accessing my bank and debiting my account. In the mean time I am trying to 'cancel" the order.

The same thing happened to me 3 days ago! I had to get a new bank card issued and submit a fraud report. I ordered the free trial of Dazzle Smile and no where did it say there was a free trial and then you would be charged. I was charged $90.25 for something I haven't even received. I can't even find any information on this company. This is what makes it bad for the legite companies.

Never requested any three month supply. Bank card charged, no product ever received, and not wanted.  Did not realy like the trial size saw no reason to order more.  Same problem with a company called Natural, trial size is $3.977, then you get charged for a monthly supply for  $ 92.37, using thecompany name of Holistic.  When I called I could only get a $25.00 credit, which I took, but then had to argue for the automatic shipment to me stopped. I think that when a product advertized this way they should be banned from doing business in the US>

I just went to the pages for ordering both Dazzle White and Idol White.

Unfortunatley, on both pages it clearly state the conditionns.  As it wasn't
hidden and was right there for anyone to see the contracts are valid.

You can cancel your contracts, but any charges there now are valid, at least
    by Canadian law.

So, I imagine I'm out at least $150 between the two.  The charge from Ultifreshwell I still haven't a clue about yet.

Idolwhite will lower the charge to $50.  At least they said they would.

The less for me is NEVER order anything late at night when tired and stupid, and always read the fine print, and it these cases, the not so fine print.  I got what I deserved.

    Furious Consumer Returned
After sorting everything out, guess what? I'm billed by their affiliates! What a joke... But, I'll share my experience, so ya'll can get your money back:
To get your money back, simply emphasize that you did NOT sign up for any subscriptions and mention the words: fraud, breach of contract, bank, and charge-back. The representative from World Club Fitness told me about the privacy policy, but nowhere does it state that I'm auto-enrolled. I even confirmed online via live chat and on phone that I wasn't enrolled in anything else. Anyways, I just mentioned that I wanted a refund, or "I would contact my bank about this breach of contract and report fraud and get a chargeback". (That's the magic phrase to get your money.) They will quickly say they'll refund you in 5-10 business days. She was also kind enough to mention to me after I kept emphasizing I wanted to cancel all affiliated programs/subscriptions to call VH Access.
I called that company, and they didn't have my record on file, but VH Access apparently has a "response form" that will auto-deactivate you if your account is ever created or activated with them.
Good luck getting your money back! And remember to keep records of EVERYTHING (get the customer reps' names, get the date/calling time/call duration, etc. for your records).

    Their affiliated numbers/companies are:
    World Club Fitness: (866)-417-3685
    VH Access: 1-866-417-6059

You CAN and WILL get your money back. Just be polite but forceful. Mention fraud, chargebacks, reporting to your bank, and breaches of contract. It WILL work miracles. (I was able to cancel the World Club Fitness online, but I had to call to get the refund.)

So apparently the "trial" sized container they give you is actually 1 month supply, not 14days so if you don't send back what is left after the 14 day trial, they assume that you like it and charge you for an entire month! Nowhere does it state this on the website or the package! If you keep the "trial", you will owe them somewhere around $90, no matter what. Call to cancel right away and they will give you an address to send the package back to but find out if they have already sent you the next month's supply because they will charge you for another $90 right after the first one... Get the cancellation number, order number and confirm the refund if they offer you a credit sent to you by email. Canceling your credit card/debit card won't work, they can force the payments through. Cancel with the companies you have signed up with.
So far, I have been credited for the items I did not receive and am sending back the ones I have received and they have said I will receive a refund 5-10 days after they receive the product back. Also, find out what other "sister" companies you have unknowingly signed up for because those trial offers expire as well and you will see more charges. If something is too good to be true, especially on-line, it is!
