This is a debt collection agency.  It seems they try to contact anyone that shares the name of the debtor they are attempting to locate.

Mrs. Flowers called ..I told her the case was dismissed when they didn't show up in court..she tried to dispute it so I got their address and sent a copy of the court document and letter of harrassment and sent them certified mail....so far so good...

Don't feed these trolls. Ignore them.

My 89 year old mother keeps getting calls from this phone number. They are leaving messages with her in-home care giver that my mother owes $6,000.00.  They do not explain who they are, who is due this money and/or what this money is due for.  I called the phone number and they would not talk to me without permission from my mother, but someone there has been talking with her in-home care giver.

Received a call around noon, left no message.  Called number back, got Portfolio Recovery Services, out of Norfolk, VA.  They were supposedly looking for someone who I don't know and said they would remove number.

As this company calls you, log each number in contacts, purchase a ringtone called "super loud silence", from apple for iPhones only. Set this as your default ringtone. And assign it to each number aswell . Wa La. no more hassels . This ringtone has no sound at all . Haaaa silence is golden. make sure you assign ringtones to your friends and reletives . As you won't hear them call with "super loud silence" as your default ringtone. Fight back as the"silent" minority!!! Thank you Steve Jobs ,R.I.P.

I have been receiving calls from 866-691-3568 for several months. I told these people last year the person they're trying to reach does not live here. Please take my number off of your call list. They will stop calling for maybe a month and than start calling again. Please make them stop. The last person called today named Loren with a nasty attitude.

I have been receiving calls on my cell and at work for days......Ms. Ottey 1-866-691-3568...If I did owe you money which I dont the boggis loan you are talking about was 17 years ago and I would have been 16 at the time - not old enough for a loan!! STOP CALLING!! If you continue to call my work I'm going to be fired any! Thanks!

This company calls me all the time with several different numbers. They always call during the business day and I can never get them. They just left a message at my work number from a Ms. Allen stating is a "personal phone message". So tired of this.

This has got to be a debt collector.  This person just called and continues to call.  I hate the tone in her voice - she's very aggressive. Perhaps she thinks our number is a personal number but I told her that this is a place of business.  The person she's asking for does technology work, so he's always in the field at client sites.  I told her to let HIM call her back...But she continues to call with that nasty attitude.

I got a call (9/26/213) from 678-275-8928 this is what showd on my caller ID/when I asked for the call-back numer was given 866-691-3568 - he his name was Chris Marshall and his company Profitability Recovery Associates

Got a message from these people a few minutes ago asking for a family member. Pretty sure it's the same one that has been calling two other numbers in the family. The woman on the other end gave a garbled name and told me it was personal business she couldn't discuss. Wouldn't tell me who she was calling for. Had to come online to find out who they were. I did tell the woman that there was no good number to reach my family member. We'll see where this goes.

KEEPS CALLING MY WORK EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD NO PERSONAL CALLS ARE ALLOWED. GOING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MY ATTORNEY.  

I have received this call over and over and they never will give me information. They called another friend of mines phone and swears they spoke to me on that line. I don't care what  company they say they are from unless they send me paperwork I will not pay anything over the phone or give them my information. I have had my credit stolen in the past.

They called my work asking for me when a message was taken they said it was personal buisness

I just logged onto my computer to start doing some editing and saw a notice that some weird number tried to do a Google Hangout call.  Well since i was not at my computer it ended up being a missed call.  Well the person left a message asking if I knew a certain person and if I did to have them call this number:  18666913568.  If they are using Google Hangout to try to look for people what will they use next?

BTW...Portfolio tried calling me on an old debt from over 20 years ago that was charged off and off of my credit report.  I was advised to not even touch it.
