i get calls all hours of day an night an they are calling for somebody that used to have the number i got. and they insist that its the right place i have never delt with this outfit how do you stop the b.s.

keep getting phone calls from this number but when i answer it nobody talks its just silence i even waited for a minute and still nobody im getting annoyed if youre going to call me you could at least be ready to talk to me when i say hello!!

They keep calling and don't say anything when I answer. I called them back and it's HSBC accounts receivable. I have a loan with them but I'm up-to-date with all my payments. The next one isn't due for another two weeks. I pressed one to speak to customer service and a message says that they're now closed.

I wish they would stop calling. The idiots.

They call all day non stop from 8AM to 9PM. They seem hungry dogs with a bone. They don't even say why there are calling on their pre-recorded messages.   It's annoying.

these useless [***] (hsbc) seem to forget that "our" phones are not there for their abuse. DO THEY PAY THE PHONE BILL???? no, I do ,so It is there for my use not for them to save money by not having to pay for envelopes and postage ....also them abusing our private phone
lines  is allowing them(hsbc) to avoid leaving a paper trails, there is a limit to how many times a day they are legally allowed to phone ,but as we all know they abuse that many times over!
we need to all get organized and put them on a repeater type auto-dialer like they do to us and just hound their #'s for days at a time till maybe they get the [***] hint!
remember.....if they don't pay your phone bill ,then they have no right to use your connection to do their work ...why should they be able to dump their costs of bushiness onto us the victims !

NEVER make arraignments with a Collection Agency !!  Tell Original Creditor you will pay bill out IF they have the calls Stopped !
