calling for a debt that someone else owes.

Called about an old Capital One credit card my ex-wife and I had 13 YEARS ago that was paid off as per our divorce agreement. When I tried to explain this, was told I would have to provide my personal info for verification. Me thinks NOT!!

These idiots need to stop calling me because the next time they will call I am tracing the number and go after these piece of [***] ppl!

They keep calling my parents house and keep on calling night & day harassing us.  They are retired seniors with only Social Seciurity. They have no debt accept medical bills & we have a supplement ins. that takes care of whats left over after lots of Doctors.  They bought this farm from someone years and years ago that had to sell out their farm.  Don't have a clue where they live now but, heard they were in financial ruins because of their sons drug habit.  Bless there souls.  My parents and I are Not going to take this much longer for these people to keep calling and harassing them.  We will sue the hell out of them if they keep calling, We will charge the limit allowed each time they called per our lawyer.  Just letting it build up to add to their nest egg!!  Keep calling idiots you want know when we will be coming after you morons!!  NO DEBT if you are debt collectors.  You see everything farm and all has been transferred over to me their only daughter.

I'm their daughter writing this for my parents and we will be coming after when our  lawyer that I hired for them says we have sufficient dollar amounts to sue you for each call.  I did the research and I'm a High Management  person who is over 180 hospitals per different stagtes  so keep on calling you idiots!!

Probably bought some junk debts from long ago.  I may even owe but I'm not concerned about that as much as I am feeding myself and keeping a roof over my head.  They can kiss it.

But these calls come every other day. and literally had to go to there web site and block every single one of them. I don't even know how they got my roommates phone number. It this is what I think there trying to get me for there 12 years late. and they are a scam alone with the people there collecting for. Got a call from 866-705-9580 today on my cell phone.  Male voice says please don't hang up, I have an important message for you.  This is not a sales call, please don't hang up.  I hung up. after trying to press the button to get them to stop calling me. Don't ever verify anything to these people.

Same here Capitol one often sells to these idiots for debt I paid off in my divorce.
