    It was Sears that called us on a Sunday morning at 8:00 am, twice. Just to tell us that our item that was due in on the prior Friday was once again delayed for 3 more weeks. Nice how they waited 2 days later than the del. date to inform me of something I had already followed up on myself. And 8am on one of the few days we can sleep in was great too.

    I ordered something from Sears for in-store pickup. I get a call from the store telling me it's not in stock and that I have to call their Sears.com number to cancel it. I do this the same day, I'm told I'll get my money back in 5 to 7 business days. Fine. This was on May 5th.

    Three days later I get a call from this number telling me my order is ready for pickup. I call Sears.com again, I'm told it was cancelled and the credit was prosessed on May 7th.

    Flash forward to May 20th. Still haven't gotten my credit. I call Sears.com again and explain the situation. The guy tells me that they "e-mailed" the Sears store in question to cancel the order and they never did. So he red flags it and says I should see a credit in 72 hours.

    Today's the 21st. This [***] number has called me 5 times now. My order is ready for pick up. Seriously?

    I have never dealt with such a horrible buy online, pick up in store set up in my life. Apparently the stores and the people who work from the site run on totally different sets of rules and barely cooperate with each other. I just want my damn money back.

    Received numerous calls from this number stating that the merchandise is ready to be picked up, went to store not ready to be picked up for another week!!  someone needs to fix Sears automated system misleading the customer!!  Very poor customer service

    This number is the Sears corporation national automated notification phone system. All notifications appear to use this system and apparently, Sears does not update this system on a regular basis. Additionally, their customer service training desperately needs overhauling. Won’t be going in to that horror story, let’s just say I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

    This number is still calling.  Everyday at 9:05 AM I receive a call asking me to pick up my order.  I have called Sears.com 800 number twice trying to stop this.  Apparently they don't know how to stop it because this morning I got a call at 9:05 again.  Hopefully I have Google Voice and I will ban this stupid number and won't shop at sears.

    called sears corporate @847-286-2500 spoke with a very nice woman in customer service, Ralicha; who placed me on hold while she contacted the store where I picked up the item. She got back and said there have lots of complaints and they are working on getting them stopped.  They seemed honest and trying

    Sears... I ordered something online from sears to be delivered to the store in CT. Was supposed to be in April 12. I got a call April 16 from this #. Must be them telling me my order is late from what I am reading on this site. What Bull!

    Got a call from Sears on 4/13/11 letting me know my order was ready for pick-up. I picked it up, and haven't received another call. Looks like the last complaint was over a year ago, so they must have taken care of the problem.

    The problem has not been fixed. I keep getting number from this phone number and they keep hanging up. I did buy a riding mower from them last week but picked it up from the store. Like everyone else on this site, they keep calling me from this number and hanging up. I am finished with Sears.
