NCN has been calling me for over 8 years, they claim I have an outstanding student loan, mind you my student loans were paid in full back in October 1999.  I mailed them all the documents verifying payment of federal and provincial loans TWICE!.  They claim they never received it.  Do NOT let this company bully you.  Most of there claims are false.  They can't seize your assets, they can't freeze your bank acct...etc.  If you see there # come up,,,,do not answer,  big waste of time!

Gets through shaw call blocking.  Shaw says only out of country calls get through the call blocking.  Draw your own conclusions.

Recieved several calls and finally spoke to someone. She said I owed school payment $66.00 from 2004 that went into collections 2008. Yeah right...
I asked them to send me a bill and perhaps I'd pay it if my investigation proves I owe it. But really, I've paid all my bills religously since the 90's. I checked the NCN website and this phone number does not show on any of their contact info.

This is a scam to catch people with small amounts of money that many of us couldn't be bothered with. Don't do it!

have had several calls from this number which we have not picked up due to 866 number and assuming a telemarketer. Phone rang at 7.45 this morning and a woman who said her name was Madeline Miller wanted to speak with my daughter - who does not live here, and has never lived here. I just said she was not here and was asked to get her to call them (she is living out of the country.)

I got call from 1866 755 8541, her name mishel. she is calling from ENCN collection agency. i dont have any out standing bill with any company. she doesn't want to give any details till i give any of my info.so i gave half of my address, i mean street number and half of the street name. and she said. i am sorry sir I am closing your account. and we won't call you any more. i apologies for this call. i ask her what account you are closing. what company put me to collection. she said hi tech internet service. but i am closing your account and we won't call you any more. do you have any idea what is going on.

got a phone call from here today too, and I don't give out my cell number to ANYONE especially bill companies. The only bill that has my cell number is my CELL and that is paid so this is DEFINITELY a scam. BEWARE.

FYI, it appears they are also now calling from 416-299-0305.

This is crazy. They are calling me 3 time the day. They never said what I own or why they are calling.
Now I never pic the call. They are very bad people.
