Got an automated voice that said, "This is Mr. Perry from PRS, please return my call at ....

PRS - Professional Recovery Services -- Debt Collector

I get these calls at least every 2 to 3 days and I have no debts that aren't currently being paid.  They never leave a message and I try to call them back and they don't have any idea why I am calling.  I got them last fall and then they stopped for a few months but now they have started up again.

So is this phone call a scam or not?

In my case, too they're too damn lazy to look the guy up in the phone book even though I've told them to twice. Now I just throw them on the call rejection list.

I've received several calls from this number recently. The called ID reads "Unavailable." When I answer, I hear a message asking me to please stay on the line for the next available representative. I always hang up, for if this was an important call someone would be on the line right away. In addition, I've never conducted any business with the company listed above.

no message but calls everyday and hangs up - very annoying

I get a call from this number almost daily for the past 2 weeks and it's getting irritating. I receive the call from (800)915-1016 but the ask me to call a different number. I'm in no way in debt and they should not keep calling me

Unknown caller

Calls my house number every single day. I have never given my house number out to anyone and I don’t even know it unless I look it up. Clearly a scam.

This is a message from credit control LLC, this call is from a debt collector, please return our call at 866-784-1160, I had this number under my "stupidass telemarketers" so it went to blocked messages.
