Franklin Collections is a legit business but their business tactics are not. I received some mail communications from them and they collect mainly for hospitals. If memory serves I think they are out of Mississippi. Oh and legally they can NOT call you at work or you can put a lawsuit on them!!!

This is a legit collections company called Franklins Debt collections. I believe they are out of Tupelo Ms. I've talked to them several times. They collect debts for hospital/DR care. I do owe the Tupelo hospital money for emergency surgery. They have all the dates and the right amount owed, so that's how I know they are legit. Also, they've sent me several letters with their return addy being in Tupelo Ms.

I got the same call and the women knew my first name, but also said she was from Franklin Collection Service. It is definitely a scam and I am in the process of reporting it now.

They are very legit and they have attorney that work for them so after 180 days if u don't make payment or payment arrangement by default they get a judgment!!!

I actually contacted the company about this. I also printed the chat log. They have now been informed that I will report them if it doesn't stop. I'm tired of getting calls any time from 6am to midnight. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't need a phone call waking me up at 6am as a college student with no classes before 9am.

It is a debt collector service. They called my job looking for me.
