It's Dillard's. I opened an account with them and they opened it with the wrong address so I never received a statement. They CALLED INCESSANTLY. Finally caught me off guard as I never answer 800 numbers.

22 messages in 3 days on my home #..25 in the same 3 days on my cell at total of 47's call in 3 days.  I was out of phone contact over the holiday.  When I call back they require your soc number or a full account number. When I finally got through voice hell (without giving them any information) the recording says they are closed!  How can they call me over the entire weekend and NEVER be open...reported as I am on the do not call list!

I have been getting calls from this number so many times that I have lost count, but guessing at least five times a day minimum, they call even on the weekends.  They sometimes (very rare) leave a message saying to call back or visit the Dillard's website and click on credit.  I do not answer any 800 number that calls me.

I just want to make them stop..tooo many calls

I got three calls from these clowns today and it is way more than annoying.  They never leave a message.

Same as others - phone rings, I am asked to hold for an operator who never seems to appear. I have started just holding down a random number on the keypad for a couple of minutes to tie up the line for a bit... I know that's small potatoes for annoyances like these trolls, but I do what I can, lol. I am also on DO NOT CALL list and do not have a Dillards account nor Amex account of any kind.

I am going to find some kind of stinking phone zapper for these trolls since the Fed DNC list is USELESS!
